Start your day with early morning pickup at downtown Tianjin and a 3 hours transfer in a private air-conditioned vehicle to the Great Wall at Mutianyu. The Mutianyu Great Wall has the largest construction scale and best quality among all sections of Great Wall.\n\nIt is regarded the most beautiful section, connected with Jiankou in the west and Lianhuachi in the east. As one of the best-preserved parts of the Great Wall, the Mutianyu section used to serve as the northern barrier defending the capital and the imperial tombs. You have the choice of taking a round-trip cable car ride to the wall, or taking the chairlift and return via the downhill toboggan run.
