Beautiful Experience at James Bond Island with Khaolak Planner - Beautiful Experience at James Bond Island with Khaolak Planner
We visited this island with Khaolak Planner. The tour started with a scenic boat ride through the mangroves, followed by the journey to James Bond Island. It’s a stunning place, even aside from its fame from the movie. You can take beautiful photos and enjoy the breathtaking views of the surrounding area.
It can get a bit crowded, but the atmosphere remains pleasant. There are several small stalls run by locals from Panyee Village, adding a nice cultural touch. Park rangers are present to keep things organized, which is necessary given the number of boats docking.
Be sure to walk all the way around the island to fully appreciate its beauty. After the visit, we also went canoeing nearby – a unique and memorable experience. Finally, we visited Panyee Village, the floating village, which is an absolute must-see when you're in the area.

A very nice Tsg - Everything worked perfectly and we had a sensational day.
Picked up at the hotel in 7:15. We were a small group together with another family. After an hour of driving in a very comfortable MiniVan we switched to the longtail. It was a very nice drive directly to James Bond Island. Depending on the water level, the canoe tour can also take place beforehand. Since low season and good planning of the tour guide it was nowhere full and very pleasant. Afterwards we had a nice canoe trip through the mango forests and hollowed out limestone cliffs. For lunch we then stopped for the floating village. Finally, we looked at a famous temple in the mountain and arrived at the hotel after 9h really happy. Jasmine we make a great travel companion. Thanks again.

Awsome - Best trip we've ever been on Awsome. Going through the mangrove area on a longtail boat was brilliant. The canoeing then onto Bond island was unforgettable very quiet on the island with was good took so many photos. Then onto Panyee island the floating Muslim village food there was excellent which is in the price of the day trip. Onto the monkey temple which was good then back to the hotel. Can't recommend this company enough from start to finish thank you.

An absolute dream trip for us - We booked the tour at the hotel and were picked up punctually at 7:20 am. After about 1 hour we arrived at the port and got on a long tail boat. From there we went through the mangrove swamps to another boat dock where a paddle boat was waiting for us. With the paddle guide we went through various caves and along the rocks, which was an absolute dream on its own, despite the start of the high season hardly any people on the road. The fact that there were so few people on the road was because we did the paddle tour first and then went to James Bond Rock. All other tours do it the other way around.
From there, to the James Bond Rock, there was much more going on here, nothing, the more despite that we had enough time to take a close look at the rock and the surrounding area and take beautiful photos. For us an absolute dream and highly recommended. Afterwards we went to the floating city for lunch, which had a great variety and actually tasted great. Afterwards we had enough time to shop in the floating city. Afterwards we went on to a temple in a stalactite cave, also worth seeing. Afterwards we went back to the hotels.
For us absolutely top.

Full day excursion, recommended - We were on our way to a full day trip in Phang Nga Bay. The very early rise was worth it! The speedboat took us from Phuket Harbour to various destinations, including James Bond Rock. The staff of the boat were very friendly and extremely helpful in getting off and boarding, but also in providing drinks and food. An unforgettable day!

With Arisara as Bond Girl in Phangnga Bay - We had our 3. Excursion with Arisara as a guide, she was wonderfully friendly and warm again. She speaks excellent German and English. It started with a longtail boat trip to the famous James Bond Rock where Arisara explained a lot of detailed information about the island and the backgrounds of Thailand. Afterwards we went paddling in the mangroves which was a fantastic experience. Afterwards we were on a floating village which was slightly jarring for our eyes as there next to newly opened coffee shops the old inhabitants live in the poorest conditions (Kulturschok). The food in the restaurant was ok. Finally we went back with the longtail boat and still looked at the monkey temple also here Arisara was detailed in explaining and always considered that nothing happens to anyone. She makes every trip special, if you can ask for her, you will not regret it.

James Bond Island Phang Nga Bay Tour. - The tour well organised and planned. Our Guide, Jasmina was very knowledgeable, friendly and good. We had Australian and German guests on tour, she spoke English, Thai and German well. My favourite part of the day was the canoe around the islands, mangroves and caves. Panyee island 👎🏻, I would like to see the visit to Panyee more immersive in the culture or way of life of the village. Perhaps you watch the football team train or play a match, you visit the school to see how children learn, or you visit the mosque. A walk from one end to the other to sit and eat and then go again is a waste, one as well not stop there. The stop at the cave temple. It felt very touristy, almost as if every tour operator or taxi go there to tick a box. There are much nicer temples to visit. Overall good but not excellent!

Poor customer service - If you want primarily to go to the James Bond island, do not book this trip. We spent 30 minutes of the one hour stated, this trip is mainly about the floating market. Being dragged through from the back of the market along through unsanitary conditions along the whole length. Where lunch is concerned, so much of the food was left by the other 9 travellers. Then we hung around for an hour waiting to be taken back doing nothing. The canoeing was fun but that was for 40 minutes only out of the 9 hour day. The driver on the way back, drove far too fast finding every bump and pot hole and the email that we should have received the previous evening arrived an hour and a half after the revised pickup, a true shame really, we had been looking forward to it. There was only 2 small bottles of water on offer and a glass of sprite for the whole days agenda. We were very dehydrated.
