Calle Brezo de Mar - After the meeting and welcome on the beach, we will put on the wetsuits and begin a preparatory warm-up, followed by a detailed theoretical explanation which will include information on safety, the characteristics of the spot and techniques for a quick and effective pop-up. After that, practical sessions at sea will follow, alternating with breaks on the beach in which to take the time to correct your mistakes.
At the end of the lesson, some stretching to refresh the limbs.
Surfers of all levels are welcome, from complete beginners to advanced surfers looking to improve their style.
Each instructor, ISA (International Surf Association) graduate, to guarantee an impeccable and personalized service.
