Excellent experience with professional staff - Second time visiting Paracraft at Playa Chica for jet skiing however my sister has visited for years and tried a variance of their water sports. Always professional and safe. We made an error with the time slot when booking on line but visited one of their team the next morning who was super helpful and changed the booking time without issue. This visit we took our 8 year old grandson on a double jet ski with my daughter in law whilst our son took a single jet ski. My daughter in law said she felt well informed and taken care of and felt safe and confident riding with our grandson. Great experience and will continue to come and visit next time. Definitely recommended. Thank you!

Excellent fun - Our 2nd time doing this @ Playa Chico. Loads of fun at a good price, very well organised, friendly guys, would recommend.

Brilliant experience and service - Although it was incredibly busy, it was really well organised with clear safety instructions and guidance given. Good quality life jackets and plenty of staff to help out. A massive bonus is that you are taken out to the jet skis, that are moored in the sea, on a very quick boat, getting a feel for speed! The jest skis are top quality and very easy to ride, as along as the instructions are followed! They are very, very quick and stable. Great experience and very highly recommended.

Great experience as usual - I had a booking for my wife and I on the jetskis! To cut a long story short my wife was unable to go, I contacted Paracraft on the WhatsApp chat and they changed my booking to the following day and gave me a 40 mins time slot instead of the two skis for 20 mins. I've used Paracraft for years now, no hassle, great fun, not really bothered if the boys don't crack a smile as long as they look after us on the water.

Absolutely fantastic - From the second we met Simon and his team we knew we were gonna have a great time. The team were all very kind and professional and myself and my fiancé had the best time. Highly recommended 👌

Fantastic - Excellent experience with myself hubby and 2 kids aged 10 & 14. Was very choppy out at sea but didn't take away from the experience. They have gps which slows them down when near another jetski whilst I appreciated the safety of this it was a bit annoying to never really get going on them. But would do it again in a heartbeat. Kids absolutely loved it and now want to do it on every holiday. The guys on the boats were very funny so added to the experience. Also booked the parascending which was amazing! Got to go up in threes so my lucky kids got 2 goes with each parent. Will be returning in a couple of years and will be booking with Paracraft again. Ignore any bad reviews they were great!

Okay but lacked fluency - Good jet skis, good lay out,the gps location on the jet skis means it cuts out at a array of distances so causes a lot of agro and u can’t get into motion we had 40min double ski and 3 single 40 mins

Rudest man ever !!!!!!!! - We booked through a shop in porta del carmen paid £25 deposit to do the double jet ski . Got to paracraft and was told that they don’t have the double and the man was very confuses by this even tho he has a double jet ski activity advertised on his posters. we were told that we had to go on separate. We walked into their shop to explain the man that we booked the double and he started waving his hand at the door and another employee said can use leave the shop and stand outside. The man then started acting confused when we told him where and when we book the activity and that girl rang him and he confirmed that he had availability. He was acting as if doesn’t use 3rd party shops to advertise even tho we had our recipe to show how much we paid and what activity we were doing. Me and my partner got so feed up with how rude he was and we just walked away No way would I be giving my money someone so rude. Guys please look around before going on first jet ski activity. There is an activity where you go on the buggy and jet ski for £280 for 3 hours rather than £140 for 60 min on jet ski. Wish I done it

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Shoddy isn’t the word - This company is as bad as it gets. I paid €230 for four jetskis. We were told that we had to wear t-shirts as this was a new policy even though the email confirmation didn’t tell us this. The IQ challenged English guy tried them to sell us t-shirts for €4 a piece. I refused as there were 5 of us. The same guy then tells us we have to stay 30ms apart, which wasn’t unusual as we had been on many jet skis before. The IQ challenged girl then tells us it’s min 40ms and these jet skis have a super doper sat nav system that cuts the ski out if you get too close to another ski. We all boarded the skis and immediately had issues with the skis. We were a minimum of 100ms apart and yet every few seconds the ski would flutter. My nephew was left stranded when his ski ran out of petrol. Every person on the boat back in was complaining. I went to talk to dum and dummer and both said ‘min of 40ms apart’. The girl was so dull is didn’t realise that 100ms was more than 40ms. I requested a refund of some sort and they said I should take this up with Amex, which I am doing. My nephews and son were let down by this shoddy company. Avoid at all costs.
