DENALI SUMMIT with GLACIER LANDING WORTH EVERY PENNY! - The most amazing thing we have done so far in Alaska. We took the summit flight tour with glacier Landing and we were able to see all of Denali with a few clouds. Then we landed on the glacier and oh my it was beautiful and breathtaking. Captain Liam was great with sharing stories with us and keeping us safe 10 out of 10 for him. Everyone at Talkeetna air taxi were great. Because they were able to move our flight one day earlier because the weather was better. Thank you so much! Highly recommend you use Talkeetna air taxi to go and see in Denali. It’s well worth the money spent a lifetime of memories.

This tour should be on your bucket list! - What ab incredible experience! This was the highlight of my trip to Alaska. Words cannot describe how beautiful it is up there. It is difficult to see Mt Denali from the ground. Before this I saw the mountain peaking through the cloud cover. However when you get up in a plane,the views are breathtaking. Definitely include the glacier landing.

Summit tour in moderate weather - Despite the moderate weather, it was a very successful sightseeing flight with a glacier landing (actually a MUST). It is very impressive to immerse yourself in this sometimes bizarre world of rock, snow and glaciers. You are connected to the pilot at all times via headphones, who also provides interesting information about this mountain world. As the weather conditions were rather bad, Talkeetna Air Taxi offered a price reduction on its own. This excursion is highly recommended!

Breathtaking!!! - Words can’t describe how amazing this trip was. The plane takes you to places that not many get to see. Denali is so far from everything that plane is the only easy way to see it. You fly directly over and around the summit with breathtaking views. The glacier landing was amazing. You get great photo opportunities with Denali in the background. This is an absolute must in Alaska.

Beautiful Denali Summit & Glacier Landing Tour - We did the Denali Summit flight seeing and glacier landing tour and it was absolutely amazing. Circling the summit at 20,000 feet a few times, landing on the glacier and walking around were and incredible experience. Alex is an awesome pilot and he made sure that we saw as much of the mountain(s) as possible, and he took full advantage of a beautifully clear day. It was the highlight of our two week trip to Alaska and we would recommend this to anyone that wants to see the beauty of this majestic mountain. Everyone at Talkeetna Air was fantastic! Heidi and Amy made sure that we had transportation around town during the two days that we were there. They all went above and beyond to make our visit an experience of a lifetime and one to remember!

A great experience! So glad we did this! - Excellent pilot and experience! I would highly recommend Talkeetna Air Taxi! Smooth flight, great commentary, pilot turned the plane to both sides so all could get a good view. Really enjoyed it!

A+ - First time I boarded a small aircraft. Pilot and staff in the office were very nice and calmed my nervousness. Best part of trip was landing on Mt. Denali glacier. Entire staff were A+.

Highlight of our trip - We did Denali summit flight tour with glacier landing in June 2022. It was the highlight of our 1-week Alaska trip! Such a memorable experience! We lucked out with great weather and were able to see the summit so clear and close! We also did a helicopter glacier landing tour which costed almost the same, but in my opinion this tour was just next level!

Beautiful - This is the tour you want to choose - I have mixed feelings and personal opinions about this tour. I did the Summit Tour with Glacier Landing. The tour itself was fantastic! I had waited 14 yrs to do this tour and landing and walking around on the glacier was beautiful. My only disappointment was the training we had gotten on how to use the oxygen. ½ of us used it one way and ½ of us used it another way. I felt like I missed 10 minutes of the best part of the flight over the peak of Denali messing with my oxygen because it wasn't sitting on my face correctly. I actually didn't even get to see the peak. I wished they had actually demonstrated how to put the oxygen on and maybe had us practice on land at the airport first. As once you are in the air the pilot cannot look back at us to know we are ok nor can we talk to the pilot, as you are not given a microphone to ask questions. Otherwise the tour was fantastic. I did actually speak with the office about this this and hope it will be changed for future travelers to make their experience perfect. The assured me this doesn't happen and so maybe it was just my own personal experience that flight. Otherwise I would definitely say this is the tour to chose from because Denali is so beautiful.
