Mountain Voyager with Glacier Landing - We booked this same day since the weather had been iffy all week. Had been in contact with the other popular company but went here bc they were rated #1, and also recommended by our helicopter tour pilot out of Palmer. Liam was our pilot-super safe, friendly & personable. He did a great job explaining things and taking us to see the vastness of the Alaska Range. Denali was visible from Talkeetna part of the day and during our entire flight! What a treat. Highly recommend this company. (However, if you’re choosing between helicopter or plane flight tour for your vacation-I personally am in love with helicopters.)

Amazing views deep in the canyons with the glacier landing. - This was an awesome flight from our New Zealander pilot Liam. This dude was a great pilot as well as knowing the land. Very knowledgeable guy. He was always pointing out little history of the AK land. He was very interesting to listen to. For the flight it was awesome landing in the snow and taking off in a short distance was pretty cool. They gave us little over shoes for everyone so we didn’t get our feet wet in the wet high mountain snow. I will never for get it as Liam took some epic pics of my wife and I at our landing spot up on the mountain. Can’t thanks them enough for the awesome flight.

Mountain flight - Chris our pilot was great . Fantastic experience mind blowing views of the Denali range and the glacier. Insane landing on the glacier. Just brilliant.

Spectacular and breathtaking! Stunning views! - Stunning and breathtaking. Absolutely spectacular views of Denali. Pilot was a great narrator. Landing on the glacier was amazing and I highly recommend selecting this option. So far has been the highlight of the trio.

Wonderful! - We did the Mountain Voyager with Glacier Landing on June 19. We chose Talkeetna Air Taxi because Trip Advisor calls them "#1 of 35 Tours & Activities in Talkeetna". I called in March and spoke with Amy to discuss our flight options. Amy was great in taking the time to understand our situation and address our concerns. I told her my wife was a supplemental oxygen user and asked if there would be any issues. She told me we could not do the summit tour due to the height the plane flew, the need to user flight oxygen, and concerns about my wife's ability to quickly change from her oxygen concentrator to their air. Amy said we could do either Grand Denali or Mountain Voyager and recommended the glacier landing. I thanked her for her help and said i would be back to book in a couple weeks after we planned all our excursions for our stay in Talkeetna. We ultimately decided to fly Monday afternoon. When I returned to book I learned that many of their planes were reserved for summit landings that day and only the Mountain Voyager with Glacier Landing would be going out that afternoon. We booked that and are so happy we did. Everyone was great from the time we arrived. The ladies there fitted us in landing suits with boots and helped put the boots on over our shoes. We flew with Liam. He gave is a safety briefing before we took off. The views we had early on were amazing. He did a soft touch down for the Glacier landing, and we spend about a half hour walking the glacier, watching another plane land. it started raining whine we were on the glacier. After we took off we flew a little more when Liam said because of weather he would have to cut the flight short and we would get refunds for the time we missed. I calculated that from the time we boarded the plane to touch down we were short 5 minutes, from take off to touch down we were short 10 minutes. Without our asking they refunded 15 minutes flight time. They couldn't have been more generous. After landing, we asked for recommendations for something to eat. Not only did they give us a couple recommendations, but they gave us a ride to the one we chose. Thank you all at TAT. Only issue - they sell t-shirts that are rolled-up in their office. When we got home my wife found her ladies medium was too snug and wished she bought a large.

Do this. - LOVED this company. They were organized and very professional. Our pilot was so interesting and informative.

Highlight of our trip - Talkeetna Air Taxi was the highlight of our trip to Alaska! Our pilot was Dan and he took his time explaining the geography. We also had plenty of time on the glacier landing for photos and checking it out. We went above the clouds to see the peaks and it was breathtaking! We felt safe and the customer service on the ground was also top notch. I highly recommend doing this...worth every penny!!

Absolutely amazing! - Alaska is absolute beauty and there is no better place to see that than with Talkeetna Air Taxi’s flightseeing Denali with glacier landing. Words don’t describe the majestic beauty. Everyone at Talkeetna Air Taxi was efficient, safety conscious and so helpful. Liam was a wonderful pilot! If you are trying to talk yourself out of doing this tour, re-think the decision. You truly don’t want to miss what Talkeetna Air Taxi can show you of Denali’s beauty!!

Great Customer Service - GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE - This was my second trip with Talkeetna Air Taxi, the first being 15 years ago. They were incredibly accommodating in trying to make sure the experience was as perfect as the weather would allow. We had three days of rain in Talkeetna, but the staff kept working with us to re-schedule our Denali Trip. We were finally rewarded with a perfect day. Not many trip providers are willing to keep re-scheduling to make everything is as great as it can be.
