- To avoid crowds at Christ the Redeemer, we recommend starting the tour as early as possible. Our earliest time is 6:30am.
- To watch the stunning sunset from Sugar Loaf Mountain, we recommend starting the tour at 11:30am or later.
- The “Real Gabinete Português de Leitura (Royal Portuguese Reading Room) is not open on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. We will visit another attraction on those days.
- If you are staying at Barra da Tijuca and Recreio, we recommend starting your tour at 6:30 AM to avoid heavy traffic and experience the best of Rio.

This tour in Rio was... - This tour in Rio was fantastic. Our guide Richard and driver Moises were the best. Very knowledgeable, professional, excellent english, and flexable with the tour. I would highly recommend. Viator (Marcelo in this case) also did a great job of keeping in contact with me as my tour neared.

The tour was prompt, well... - The tour was prompt, well organized and extremely informative. Tour guide, Diogo Guia, was the best we've ever had! He delivered volumes of historical and current lifestyle information about Rio de Janeiro that left us able to truly celebrate the city and its richness. Our driver was also wonderful. He navigated the city with ease, was always easy to find after leaving the car to explore and expertly delivered us to the airport. Service with a smile!

Marvellous way to see Rio in a day - Our guide Richard showed up on time together with the driver
The vehicle was immaculate. Everything was great. Richard, our guide, was very professional and polite.His English is also very good which is a great factor.He knows Rio very well. We had a great time around the city with him as our guide. We were lucky that he was assigned to us because I have issues with heights and he was patient and helpful with me trying to navigate the sites. My husband has minor mobility issues so this was a huge help for us. Our driver was also very helpful and assisted us all the time in trying to get in and out of the car in the busy streets of the city. We felt safe and protected during the tour. I recommend this tour for anyone who wants to see Rio on a limited time. This tour might be on the pricier end but it is worth it.

Higor is the best!! - Great tour company. They were very responsive in accommodating our requests. They were flexible in rescheduling our start time and pickup location to make things work. Our guide Higor was our point of contact and extremely helpful in making sure everything worked for us. Higor is beyond excellent. Great personality and very knowledgeable. He is a gem.
