Skagway DIY shuttle was great! - Drivers were extremely pleasant and went out of their way to accommodate us. They also provided great insight and information about Skagway and its people.

So helpful and convenient! - This service was so helpful! I called and got a taxi ride out to Gold Rush cemetery/Nugget Falls Trail for $5 (I gave a very well deserved $5 tip). I believe it was cash only so keep that in mind. It's a very locally run service so don't expect some impersonal machine.

Good but confusing some what - It was confusing which bus to get on and where they'd go, etc. but they were friendly and knowledgeable people. it was ok, don't think we'd do the hop on and off tour again.

Look at this as shuttle from ship to town - Unless you want to go to cemetery, it is easier to just decide whether you want to pay $5 for shuttle back and forth or walk which takes <10 minutes. There is no off/on as you think with a bus tour. All you do is get off in town and then get on to go back to ship.

NO HOHO!! - DONT BUY THIS TICKET. There is no such thing as HOHO inSkagway. There are 3 shuttle buses that take you from the ship to the 3 stops and make continuance loops every 15 minutes. Cost$5 I went to the HOHO office and they had no idea what I paid $20 for online. I asked for a refund and was told they do not make refunds. I showed her my ticket, clearly saying Skagway HOHO. She said the money didn’t come to them since they don’t have that. She said in better weather THE shuttles offer an extra stop at the edge of town to a cemetery. The whole town is 4 blocks wide and 16 blocks long. So you could pretty much walk the whole town if you wanted.

This is a SCAM. - As others have mentioned, this is a SCAM. They are advertising a ticket on the local bus an a 2 way taxi ride. The local bus only cost $5 for a all day pass (you can walk it faster, it only goes about 1 mile). The taxi to the graveyard and the falls is only $5 each way. So all in you are looking at $15 not $20. Also the taxi and bus drivers have no clue what this is. Some 3rd party is skimming $5 from each reservation. Just hop on the bus directly outside the cruse ship and ask the bus driver for the taxi phone number. it is the same thing, but $5 cheaper.

Not worth it - Do not bother!! No one knew where the bus stop was and other bus tickets were $5 each Not worth it, the drivers didn’t even understand the point of the tour

We walked around the town.. that was nice but there was no hoo on hoo off. - We could have gotten the bus ticket for $5 but we paid $20 for each ticket.. no one there knew what the hoo on hoo off was so we were unable to use the tickets we purchased.

Terrible service and costs More than the city shuttle. - The shuttle in town is only $5.00 all day. Viator charged $20.00 Per person. None of the drivers were familiar with Viator. The wait was too long and I feel ripped off. Don’t use this service. 2 drivers with Klondike tours had no idea what shuttle or bus to use. A driver finally let us on.
