Pretty complete tour for what I expected. - The Filipe driver provided an incredible experience, both in terms of Sintra history and strategic places to see the palaces and very beautiful views. I highly recommend.

Fantastic Family Experience with Viny - Viny was very accommodating with our big group, ranging from littles to seniors :) His English was perfect and he was the perfect amount of informative and humorous. Our vehicle was clean and we felt extremely safe the entire time. We saw the castles and palaces with perfect views! I would recommend this tour for a family :) it was fantastic!

The good Atilla - We booked for a 1 hour tour of Sintra by Tuk tuk at 11am but unfortunately they were extremely late by over an hour and after we had called the soc. Porto Tuk tour. The best thing is that our guide Atilla was a great guide and we enjoyed seeing Sintra with him. We recommend this experience only for the guide.

Unfortunately, the tour... - Unfortunately, the tour we booked was not available due to local govt shutdown (fire hazard). I booked the tour a couple of hours before we took it , and although the company knew they were not able to perform the tour, they booked and charged anyways. They did offer a replacement tour but it wasn’t what I wanted or travelled for. I wish they were just honest about availability in the first place. We didn’t appreciate the dishonesty. The guide was ok, and did his best, but there was really nothing to see with the fire restrictions

Below average - Tour booked for midday. No one turned up. Took lots of phone calls and chasing before someone arrived in a vintage car/tuktuk almost half an hour late. Wasn’t what we booked but we were happy to get going with Chris our guide. Chris wasn’t very communicative until we reached each of the viewpoints. He was pleasant enough and polite. However I would not recommend this company as we do tuk tuks in every city and this was not a great experience.

Bad experience in Sintra with a Green Tours driver upping the price after the ride - I was in Sintra walking between palaces when a Green Tours driver, Marco, offered to pick me up for 10 euros. I accepted, and he proceeded to drive me 5 minutes before saying the rest of the road is one way so I had to walk, which is fine. But then he informed me the the "minimum" charge was 20 and was intimidating until I paid. He then started shouting at me. Overall recommend avoiding this company, the whole 20 euro minimum thing feels like an intentional way to scam tourists.
