  • CHEESE “SERRA DA ESTRELA” - Portugal’s famous handcrafted sheep cheese. Creamy and enjoyed with toast or breadsticks. Made in the central Serra da Estrela massif.

  • MINI VOL-AU VENT WITH SHRIMP - Mini vol-au-vent puff pastry with fried prawns and béchamel

  • MINI TARTLETS WITH “FARINHEIRA” - The “farinheira” is a very typical tasty Portuguese pork sausage. It has an intense flavor, between sweet and spicy, very special and much appreciated

  • Vegetable soup with egg and shrimp in a small bowl - Hot soup made with leeks, potatoes, carrots, courgette, spinach, coriander, and meat broth. Creamy consistency with chopped boiled egg and prawn.

  • Codfish with cream - Shredded dried cod sautéed with olive oil, onion, potatoes, bechamel, and cream. Oven-grated for a golden crust.

  • Seasonable fruit - Depending on the season, strawberries with cream, Fundão cherries or apple, pear and orange fruit salad, as well as mango, melon or raspberries

  • Cream bavaroise with hot strawberry coulis - Bavaroise of cream with a strawberry coulis that is served hot

  • “Travesseiros” from the “Piriquita” - Sintra’s famous “Travesseiros” pastry from Piriquita. Puff pastry filled with secret almond cream and eggs. A century-old family recipe.
