Colares - Following the antique tram line inside the beautiful countryside we reach Colares, where life is simple and agriculture predominates as well as wine making! Here you can find the oldest wine seller in the country and we will take you there for a brief visit getting to know Portuguese’s wine traditions a little better. (not available on Sundays)
Azenhas do Mar - From the wine cellar, we head the spinning road trail to some of the stunning Portuguese beaches, Praia Grande and Praia Pequena, and stop at Azenhas do Mar - located between the ocean a big cliff, this small town has a heavenly location and is among the most appreciated and exciting beaches in Europe.

you will not need to get in line) if there is still some strength left in you for visiting this stunning property!

Our journey gets underway as we travel alongside the historic tram line, traversing the rural landscape of Sintra towards Colares. Here, you’ll interact with our quaint villages, and visit the nation’s most ancient Wine Cellar. Gain a fascinating insight into Portugal’s enduring winery traditions, stretching from antiquity through to today(not operational on Sundays).

Next, we proceed towards the coast, experiencing the ‘Santorini of Portugal’ – a charming hamlet nestled amidst the precipices and the ocean!

We maintain our coastal route to visit some of the most popular beaches in the locality.
Pausing for a midday meal, we’ll dine at a restaurant that’s entirely local.

We carry on our jaunt, guiding you to a hidden gem that’s only reachable via a 4×4 jeep.

Ready for those ‘off-the-beaten-path’ moments? Brace yourself, as our ‘Adventure’ commences towards Pena Palace.

Tena Ladies on Tour - We had fantastic day myself & 6 friends, we started in Sintra with our tour guide Luis, he brought up the mountains to see a wonderful castle & other beautiful old houses, he told us all about the history behind these beautiful places. Then on down to the coast which was breathtaking, before we finished in Cascais. Would really recommend this trip Geraldine
