Great trip!!! - Driver was great. Sintra and the Palace of Peña was beautiful. Just get there early at 9:00 - we did not wait in line, but by the time we had finished the line was very long.

Great experience - Jorge was a great tour guide. Great sense of humor mixed in with Portugal history. I didn’t realize I needed to purchase tickets for the Sintra palace in advanced and Jorge was kind of enough to purchase them. I recommend purchasing the earling morning tickets for this tour.

Great day tour - A great day trip to see other cities near Lisbon. The tour guide was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the day. We had great recommendations and saw several beautiful sites along the way. The group is very small, making the tour quite personable with guide and tourists alike.

Lovely lovely tour! - Tiago was a lovely guide, extremely knowledgeable, he answered all our questions no matter how small. The car was comfortable and we were given enough time between places. Don't hesitate to book this tour!

Miguel Rocks and so does the tour. - Miguel was an amazing tour guide and really fun to be around. He had tons of knowledge and was a great ambassador for his country. I’d highly recommend him and the tour.

We had a great guide! A... - We had a great guide! A few of the castles were closed due to wild fires but he made sure we saw many great sites and all the background to go with them. He even bought us some cake from Sintra. I would highly recommend this trip!!

Below expectation - Our guide Sara is good but the whole tour experience is subpar. We took this tour because of Sintra palace but we were told that it's only outside of the palaces we are doing. After I made a fuss, the company was able to get tickets. The night before the tour the supervisor Tiago messaged me about the tickets but during the tour, Sara told me they were sold out. It's very disappointing to get upset early in the morning. It’s not the tour guide’s fault but it's the company who are advertising it in Viator. Read the inclusions. THIS is a tourist trap.

I do not recommend this tour with this company. - Pick up a few steps from my hotel. Adolpho the guide started us with Cabo da Roca , then the town of Sintra only 45 minutes, to visit 2 sites it is ridiculous. Then we went to the Palace of Sintra, very beautiful site but waiting 2 hours to visit the interior????? Then visit Cascais, dinner that I refused because no indication that we were having dinner in group and back to Lisbon. Ticket for Sintra not included but Adolpho the guide charged us 20 euros when we could buy a ticket for 11- to 13 euros,???? Next time I get an Uber, and I buy my ticket at the ticket office. I do not recommend this tour. Take a taxi and buy your tickets online and especially arrived very early.
