A wonderful day! - I highly recommend this tour of Sintra. Nuno was an excellent guide - so informative and helpful, and truly passionate about sharing information. It was great not to have to do any planning, and tickets had all been purchased in advance. The ride from Lisbon was extremely comfortable.
A private tour costs more but it's well worth it.

Fabulous! - We cannot recommend VanGo highly enough. Some closures in Sintra forced us to change our travel plans, and Margarida worked the changes in our travel to ensure that we could still experience their incredible tour of Sintra. And then there was Nuno, our fabulous guide, whose knowledge and passion was obvious as he guided us on a memorable tour that felt curated just for ourselves and two teenagers. He was quite simply the best person to lead us on our very ambitious one-day tour of Sintra and we felt lucky that he was our guide for the day. We are grateful to have found VanGo and would recommend their entire team without hesitation!

Fantastic guide in Sintra - We booked through Van Go Tourism and Nuno was our guide for this full day tour. What an amazing and incredible experience. Nuno knew the area extremely well and parked in the best locations. We wanted someone who would go into the buildings with you and Nuno did not disappoint in his complete descriptions. So much to see but it was well planned out. I would definitely recommend this company and Nuno as your guide.

Perfect Day in Sintra - This was a great private day tour to all the top locations in Sintra. Joao was an excellent, knowledgeable guide. He gave us some flexibility according to our interests. Strongly recommend!

Top notch experience! Ask for Susana - This was hands down our most favorite tour EVER! It was worth every penny. Susana was an amazing tour guide. She was friendly, outgoing and extremely knowledgeable about the monuments. Susana made navigating to each castle effortless and made very efficient use of our time. She is very charismatic and was able to troubleshoot her way through all of the chaos with the large crowds. We never felt rushed and were able to document our experience through her amazing photography skills. Book this excursion with Susana, she will not disappoint!

Great trip great guide - We took the tour with Nuno, and visited all the Sintra popular sites. We talked local culture, politics, or even more casual items. Bonus credit to the tour group as their van had problems so they hired a beautiful van for the day for us to ensure our trip went without a problem. Left on time returned on time.

Wonderful experience - This guided tour exceeded our expectations. Vasco’s deep knowledge of the sites visited added valuable context to help us soak in the rich history of Sintra. This experience was comfortable and convenient, we appreciate the friendly and passionate energy from the guide and the ease of having transportation and tickets covered by this tour. 10/10 recommend!

Spectacular Sintra Tour - My husband and I have found we really appreciate private tours when traveling it allows you to really get the most knowledge and inside info:) at a pace that is best for you when visiting sites. This was one of our best experiences, Miguel, our tour guide was very knowledge, welcoming and tailored the tour to our wishes. We would highly recommend!!! We had a perfect day in Sintra!

A day in Sintra! - Our private tour through Sintra was incredible. Our guide,Nuno, was wonderful. Sharing his love of Portugal and telling us about his experiences growing up, added to the knowledge of the castles and nearby lands.
