Join us on our ‘Wonder Jeep’, our classic UMM 4x4, and welcome to our own version of Wonderland - we can’t wait to share Sintra’s enchantments with you, from a local’s perspective!
You’ll get to experience all the essential places to visit, as well as numerous off-the-beaten-path spots with incredible views along the way!
From the famed Well with its unique staircase (the initiate well in Quinta da Regaleira) to the awe-inspiring sight of the ocean meeting land (at the westernmost point of Europe – Cabo da Roca), culminating in the crown jewel atop the mountain (Pena Palace).

Best day in Sintra! - Alex was an amazing guide! It was our favorite part of our entire time in Portugal. He was so nice and kind and you could tell he loved what he did. I would 100% recommend this tour and especially Alex our guide. It was the best.

Highlights of Sintra with Wonder Van. - Our tour guild Alex was fantastic - helpful and knowledgeable. He shared local history in addition to explaining the architectural features of the buildings and the meaning behind some of the decorative elements. We truly enjoyed our tour of Sintra!

Trust me, you really need to book this - This tour was the highlight of our trip to Portugal - Tomàs was very considerate, helpful, informative, friendly, and good fun. Fantastic value for money, and we would gladly consider this company and this guide again for longer excursions. It never felt overly structured, overly formal, and we never felt rushed. It really was in the adventurous spirit we had been looking for and Tomàs was exactly the sort of guide we were hoping for! After seeing the barrage of taxis and buses around every attraction of Sintra, we were relieved to have everything arranged, and to have access to places that we wouldn't have known about without Tomàs and his knowledge of the area.
10/10 would recommend to anybody wanting to see Sintra

Amazing Adventure - Fun Jeep tour. Took us all around the city and then to the edge of cliffs on the ocean. This adventure will take you to great places off the grid only known to the locals. Lunch was delicious at a local restaurant and very reasonalbly priced $12. Had a wine tasting at the end.
Andre was great. After the tour he have us great suggestions for food and drinks.

Jeep Tour to Sintra - We really enjoy the Jeep tour to Sintra, the coast visit was really a plus, Alex who was very friendly and well knowledgeable of the Sintra history and the sightseeing took us to a local restaurant in Penedo, the food was delicious.
I really recommend this tour, I hope you people get lucky to Alex be your tour Guide.

Best Sintra tour!! - This tour was incredible!! We discovered all the main sites to see, and more! Alex was an absolutely amazing guide, he made sure that the tour was personalised and really catered to our needs (we even went for a quick swim in the ocean). Alex provided us with a wealth of information and was happy to answer any questions that we had. We couldn’t have had a better day and that is really thanks to him (despite the weather).

Must-go Tour!! - I had the most amazing tour with Wonder Van. Tomas was my tour guide, and to be honest, he is the best tour guide you could ever have. The whole trip was epic, my travel companions and I, we had so much fun and actually learned a lot too. I travel solo and booking this tour is the best thing I have done so far. Highly recommend this experience!!

Unique and Memorable Experience - We had a great time going around Sintra and the most western part of Europe with our guide, Alexandre. Riding a jeep to go to places was a unique and memorable experience. Highly recommend it! Alexandre was very knowledgeable. He gave us tips on how to go around Quinta da Regaleria and Pena Palace, which was so helpful.

Best way to see the area - highly recommend! - Alex was an excellent tour guide! Very knowledgeable and outgoing, he took helped easily navigate lines/tickets as well as taking me to places tourists usually don't see. Additionally as a solo traveler, he was more than happy to tailor the tour to my interests as well as take as many photos as I wanted!!
