Very Professional Comfortable Transport Service! - Perfect experience from beginning to end! We met the driver Vincenzo by the StarHotel Terminus on piazza Garibaldi. Vincenzo had communicated with us through WhatsApp and we asked for his Vehicle color and plate number, which he provided and which made it simple to identify him when he arrived. He got out of the car and handed me the sign with my name on it that he had planned to use if he couldn’t locate us. Not knowing the area at all, having never been there, I was a little concerned about finding the meeting point. The key for us was coming out the perfect exit of the train station…the Garibaldi exit. I’m sure there is more than one Garabaldi exit, so StarHotel may not be on your left as it was for us, but it’s a big hotel and you shouldn’t have any trouble finding it. I had printed a picture off the internet of the front of the hotel which, with very little effort, helped us we locate the meeting point. Vincenzo our driver was as professional as they come. Soft calming and pleasant music. Excellent driving skills, pointing out a few sights along the way. We were in a Mercedes van that seated 9 people including the driver. As the last folks picked up, we were seated very comfortably in the front with the driver what a fabulous view we had all the way to a stop point where Vincenzo transferred us to another driver who completed the last small part of our trip into Sorrento. Vincenzo, our original driver then continued on with other passengers who were going to Positano & Amalfi. We would definitely use this service again. It was worth every penny we paid! A much more relaxing and comfortable way to get here than the train we took last year! Thank you Viator, we highly recommend your services

Punctual, Professional and Courteous - Our driver Giuliano was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The car was very clean and Giuliano drove very well. We arrived early and Viator was able to accommodate an earlier pick up time. This gave us more time explore our area. We appreciate this very much. We are very happy with this service.

Great transportation service - Great customer service, from the coordination through WhatsApp to the courtesy of the driver. The company asked for my hotel address to try and drop me off as close as possible, and ended up dropping me off at my hotel.

Okay - Once we finally found the ride we were good. Very vague instructions on where to meet. Said to meet in front of a hotel. Stayed in front of hotel. Had to contact the company they said wait on the sidewalk in front of hotel. There was no sidewalk

Driver was on time and got us to our destination - Driver was on time and got us to our destination. The meeting point wasn’t clear. Explanation of where the meeting point would be upfront would have been helpful.

Shuttle pick up - Train station pick up We were told that the driver would be waiting at the star hotel with our surname on a card this did not happen I was waiting outside the hotel in the heat and he was waiting in the air condition van. As it became closer to the time I was getting worried so I approached the waiting van only to find that he was there waiting for me. We then found out he had another pick up at the airport once we arrived at the airport we were left in the van for 45 minutes in the 37 degrees heat while he went to find the next pick up. After all that what should have been a one hour trip it took almost three hours. He also argued with his office over the phone while driving about the situation. All I can stay is he had the opportunity to fix everything by dropping his only two drop offs at their hotels instead he chose to drop us off at their designated drop off and again in the heat.should had listen to my wife and gotten the local train it would had be cheaper and quicker. Never use this service unless you want to ruin your day
