Airport Transfer - This service was booked with pick-up very near our hotel. Received communication that pick-up was changed to further location. Made it very confusing and time consuming to straighten out for pick-up at original location. Ride was fine but get good confirmation on pick-up.

False promises - Showed in photo small van and it was a bus. Promised direct service and stopped for others several times. Two hour trip should have been no more than 1.5 hours.
