We reached the launch pad location early morning, this was a very special birthday gift for my wife. As the sun painted the sky in hues of pink and gold as our hot-air balloon ascended above Segovia it was sheer magic. Silence enveloped us—the only sounds were the occasional burst of flame from the burner. As we were floating over Segovia, the pilot pointed out landmarks—the aqueduct, the cathedral, and the distant mountains. Time seemed to stretch, and worries melted away. With a gentle bounce, we touched down in an open area, our hearts soaring higher than ever. We were served breakfast and Champaign. team was very friendly and lively. Balloon ride @Segovia - We are a group of 7 persons from Malaysia. Amazing experience to experience the balloon ride with Aerotours. Aerotours is an experienced company and the staff is very helpful. They picked us from Madrid hotel and sent us to airport after the ride. Highly recommended.

Best balloon ride ever! - I had always wanted to do a balloon ride, but wanted it somewhere special - and this was certainly the place. Segovia is beautiful from the air with the aqueduct, churches and castle all in view. The team was amazing and made this the special event I was looking for! They also supplied great phots and a video of the trip. Thank you very much.

Great experience and good communication. - Great experience - good communication from Aerotours. All the staff were very friendly. Only feedback would be that I thought the description of "brunch" should have been a bit more accurate - it was more a snack of meat and cheese. For the adults this was fine but by that point our kids were ready to eat a bit more and we would have taken some extra snacks for them.

Great trip with a few minor glitches. - Great experience and took great pictures. Very difficult to get into the high basket and needed help. I signed up for a tour with an English guide, but the entire thing was in spanish and was incomprehensible, so the experience was not as good as I had hoped. I'm sure I missed interesting info on the sites, balloon, safety, etc. Disappointing. Snacks and pictures they took and sent to us were great.. crew was friendly and helpful

Up, Up and Away - Despite cold weather, we had a wonderful experience. The area over and around Segovia was absolutely beautiful. With close-up views of the medieval village, castle, cathedral and monastery. We also saw wildlife frolicking on the plains and in the meadows. The balloon was VERY large and there were 20 passengers in the basket, plus the pilot. We definitely repeat this experience.
