Excellent company. Highly recommend for their attentive care to our children! So professional and fabulous. - We went driving with phoenix today. It was amazing!!! Our children are 10 and 13 and they loved it. Mainly because the diving owner and instructors were the most professional and nicest people. Cant recommend them enough. Our instructor was Hugo, we felt so so safe and had so much fun. Our children loved it. We dove to 10 meters which was impressive! Thank you for such a great day and memories to cherish. Topped off by seeing a shark!!! Fabulous. Xxxxxx

Amazing first diving experience! - We had an excellent time with our dive instructor Joel, who made us feel very safe for our first diving experience. After a theoretical instruction, he showed us the basic skills at 2-3 meters below the surface before we went for our first dive of roughly 45 min. Afterwards we did a second dive at a different location before lunch was provided. We had so much fun that we opted to do a third dive together with Joel. Not only Joel, but the whole team was amazing and ensured that everyone at board had a great experience. If you’re interested in trying out Scuba Diving, we highly recommend going to Phoenix!

Wonderful day - My friend and I dived for the first time with phœnix diver and it was incredible! Gregory was our instructor for the day. He was patient, educational and made us feel confident! I hope everyone has their first experience with an instructor like him! The whole team was so friendly. Thank you for this first dive 🙏

Great first diving experience - We went to Phoenix to try first diving experience in the sea and even without diving license is possible to dive to 12 meters with instructor. Our instructor Kot was very helpful, explained everything and we felt really safe out there. He only looked after two of us and helped us when we needed. Despite our sea sickness a little bit (they even provide us with pill for it) we really enjoyed and I am thinking about doing diving license in my country!

Very big recommendation - The experience couldn't have been better. The whole crew is incredibly friendly and the atmosphere on the boat is great. Everything is prepared, you just have to get on the boat. It was my first diving experience and I didn't feel unsafe for a second. Big thanks to Vincent and Harris!! You have to go diving with this crew!!

DSD🤿 - The dive was breathtaking. The biodiversity of corals and fish has to be seen to be believed. The guides Harris and Vincent did a great job of guiding us through the dives and showing us many unique fish and spots. Always my pleasure!

Wow what a diving experience! 🐠🪸🪼❤️🤩 - A friend had recommended the scuba discovery for beginners at phoenix divers and we also booked that for the next day on our arrival to Koh Lanta. (Office is very close to the pier.) The diving day was fantastic! The crew was Helpful and friendly, food and drinks provided and our instructor, Vincent, was truly amazing. He took great care of us being professional, enthusiastic and motivating. We have no prior knowledge of diving and he started from the basics calmly and carefully and we progressed step by step. First snorkeling with the diving gear on, then doing some skills underwater and when we felt confident he took us down to 12 meters and we had 2 incredible 45 minute dives seeing beautiful marine life 🤩 he even took some pictures of us, amazing memories from below the surface! Can’t recommend the scuba discovery enough! Now I want to do my own license ( unfortunately had to move forward from Koh Lanta, but if I would have done my license with phoenix, I could have included the discover dives to the certificate ). Amazing experience - Amazing experience! It was first time scuba diving, and I was quite nervous when we first got in the water, but Greg (my mentor) was amazing, and he helped me through out and kept me at ease. After the first 5 minutes of getting used to it, I loved it. Best experience of my holiday. If you're intrigued by the ocean, and enjoy snorkeling, this is a must. Enjoyed it so much I done a third dive!

Unfortunately believed in the positive reviews - Absolutely unprofessional in many respects. The safety/health of the divers is not taken care of, instead common safety regulations are violated. The company is also unable to deal with bad reviews and customers are denounced.

Incompetent disinterest - The diving school wouldn't actually get a star from me. I have rarely experienced such incompetent and disinterested behavior. We decided on a day trip with the Phoenix diving school because it got very good reviews. After it started, my husband and I realized relatively quickly that we had made a bad catch with our diving guide O. Nothing was checked from O's side, and if something was pointed out, it was simply ignored. This is how a woman in our group of four lost air from her BCD. The woman had already mentioned this on the ship, but it didn't matter and it went into the water anyway. When the woman told her again that her BCD was losing air, they went back to the ship and changed it. When I finally went underwater, I felt a very strong pain in my eyes and head. I was able to equalize, but it didn't feel right. As expected, O. didn't care. Since she was constantly busy rushing through the water, she didn't notice anything from our group of four. My husband then helped me up and made sure I got back on the boat quickly. After this experience, diving was done for the day. O. didn't even ask about my condition. I had very swollen eyes with severe hematomas. My husband then went on the second dive and I made the second dive his third. He was also very dissatisfied with the way things were going. It was just rushing around. All group members emerged from the water at over 100 bar on each dive, and no dive lasted longer than 40 minutes. The advertising is for 2-3 dives of 60 minutes each. If you had too little air, you would understand the shortened time. But not like that! We are very disappointed and cannot recommend the diving school at all. A pity...
