Kids had bun BUT - The kids had lots of fun. Lots of things for them to do. Go early in the morning as I don't think they have AC or if they do it's not set low enough. Bring handi wipes as well.

Fun! - Perfect fun for a memorable trip. My daughters are 14 and 10. They jumped for an hour and did the zip line thing…it was a lot of fun. We went on Sunday early afternoon and it wasn’t too crowded at all, except the parking lot is small.

Inexpensive fun for the family - Our son is almost 5, so he got the under 5 discount - it was $24 for my husband AND son to got jump toe an hour and a half. It’s a great place with cheap concessions (including alcohol!!) so overall a great experience for us. Staff was nice and helpful.

Beat the Heat with Jumping Fun - This is a nice break from the heat of the summer. We researched this and found out they had a toddler/preschool time on Sundays from 9:00-11:00 and made plans to visit. Our three year old had a blast jumping and running. The area was quite large. Large slides lined one side and there were some climbing areas as well. One room was designed to throw soft nerf-like balls and had soft uprights to crash into. Most of the kids appeared to fit the age limit- but it seemed like some older siblings might have also been let in during the toddler time. It wasn't enough to be a issue, but just something to be aware of. Lots of options for preschool kids and our little one loved it and can't wait to go back. If it's your first time plan for having to fill out wiavers. If taking a toddler- plan on going into the jump area with them. The price was very reasoable and weill worth it on a hot summer day. As others have said, the staff seem completely disengaged and bored while interacting with customers. No smiles, minimal eye contact, and not any offering of information or asking if you have any questions. That combined with the few older children present during designated toddler time kept this from being a five.

Not safe place - My son was bumped a few times on Air Rider, because it has an open metal detail that isn't cover by red soft mat. I wrote about this problem to the owner Marc, but looks like he didn't care about that. Marc was rude, and looks like he doesn't care if you child has an accident. NO SAFETY! The personal is young and didn't care so much about safety of your child. If your child had an accident, please write me. I saw a few times that children bumped by that metal detail, but the problem that their parents wasn't not close and didn't see that, because believed in the parks employees. But you can't , because the employees not provided safety too carefully. I wrote about my issue to Marc, that owner, and he called it as harassment. That's all you need to know about this park. Avoid it.

Not jumpin fun, more like fight club jr - I have been taking my grandchildren to this park since it opened, We bought our summer pass and happily went this morning. I was Sorely disappointed as to what happened and how it was handled! 2 children approximate age 7 and 12 were beating each other to the point of one child throwing a punch and giving the other child a bloody nose, 2 of the employees did separate them but the 2 children kept going after each other, I walked over to ask if they needed help and one of the employees politely declined and said its okay they are brothers "um, no not okay". things momentarily calmed down and the young girl manager came out to talk to them. she allowed the 2 children to go back into the jump area right away with all the other children, the 2 children then started screaming obscenities at each other! At that point I went to ask for a manager but she was once again going out to deal with the 2 kids which ended up being HER children. She let them back out with all the other children again! At that point I no longer felt that it was a safe place for my grandchildren to play, What if that had been one of my grandchildren or one of your children that got punched? I walked out as did 2 other people with their children. I asked to speak to another manager but the woman with the angry children was the only one there and she didn't care at all about the safety of any of the children, Not even her own! Super disappointed
