- Sanyang - We visit the Paradise beach which is said to be the most beautiful beach in the Gambia. Here we also have the Rainbow restaurant if you want to have lunch
- Tanji - We visit the Tanji Fishing Center which is one of the major fishing communities in the Gambia and its estimated that around 2000 people are engaged in the activities around the fishing center. Some of the fish is also smoked in smokingsheds where you can watch the preparation. Many locals come here to buy fresh fish directly from the fishermen

One experience poorer - You are terrified. These people live among the garbage. But are you able to see through that mess - the beauty of life? Not me. I felt very sorry for them in the struggle for life.
