Fun and original!! - It's my third season in Ibiza a friend came to visit me and I book this. To be honest, I feared an activity for guiris but it was a VERY GOOD SURPRISE!
Philipp knows a lot, sees that he is passionate and transmits it. Our group was varied, we had many questions, we had a great time!
Plus the place is lovely.

A great experience - We were with Philip at the Hierbas Workshop in the Soul Good beach bar on September 3rd, 2024.
Everything was already well prepared and the table was decorated with lots of fragrant herbs.
Philip explained the history and origins of the hierbas as well as the properties of the individual herbs very well. It was very interesting and educational to listen to Philip and his stories.
He tried very hard to explain everything in detail and the two hours were a lot of fun. We've been coming to Ibiza once or twice a year since 2008, but the workshop with Philip was a real highlight of our vacation this year.
We would like to thank Philip for this time and look forward to seeing you again next year.

Absolutely Fantastic! - Excellent experience! We had a short window of time in Ibiza and Phillip graciously accommodated our needs. His expertise and graciousness really shines through - we enjoyed every minute of it. It was an excellent way for us to start our trip because we learned a lot about the island, the culture, and Hierbas. We have a new found appreciation for this unique spirit.

A relaxing session, informative and educational. - A very memorable afternoon. You will not only learn about how to make the island's most famous drink, but also quite a bit of history about the Balearics themselves. Also, the beach setting is worth it alone.

Workshop Hierbas - We had an really amazing time during the workshop with Phillip. He makes it very nice and the place was good. Also getting a bottle to take home is very nice. So you can show everybody at home what hierbas tastes like. We would recommend everybody to do this workshop. It would be an addition to your holiday!

Interesting and fun! - Me and my friend had a fantastic time with Phil, learning about local history of the liqueur and local herbs used. Phil is a fantastic teacher explaining everything and answering any questions. The workshop would be amazing even without, but to get to have a go at making my own Hierbas was icing on the cake! It was great to be told how to customise the herbs and quantities used to your own taste (and how to make it how your friend doesn’t like so she won’t steal any!). I would very highly recommend this workshop to anyone even the slightest bit interested in liqueurs/local history. Thanks, Phil!

Hierbas Workshop - THE BEST! - PhillipThomas owned and teaches the Yierbas workshop. I would recommend to contact the vendor a day before for the right location since there are three different locations because Viator might have the wrong location printed in your confirmation. My mom and I had a blast during the workshop and it was the highlight of our trip in Ibiza, Spain. Also, during the workshop, we made our own Hierbas to take with us home. My mom can't stop talking about it with her friends when she get back in the U.S. Phillip is edifying when he teached. The overall experiences was memorable and amazing. A definitely "MUST DO" when you are in Ibiza. It's not just partying and drinking in Ibiza. There are other things the island can offer like this workshop. You will have the BEST time in your life!

Now that it's bottled, the Wait begins! - So much fun! I didn't know the history of this liquer, I didn't know so much went into making it.
The only reason I knocked it down was the difficulty getting to the location. Do not use the TripAdvisor location map as it will direct you to a condo complex.
The class is given in a bar only accessible by walking on the beach. Not recommended for mobility-hindered persons.
