Excellent - Our guide was very good, congratulations, she spoke French very well, we were disabled and she helped us a lot and took care of us, she explained the visits very, very well and we took superb photos, it was great to do again

Great tour experience! - Excellent trip to La Laguna, Taganana and Santa Cruz with our warm friendly guide Ariane and brilliant driver Dylos. A great way to see some key parts of the north island. A full day and some great sites - We had a great time as part of a large group visit the mountain and a number of villages. Our guide was really knowledgeable, provided some great information. The Volcano was truly inspiring, the towns and journey was great fun. Extra thanks to Sebastian

Perfect team! - Last Thursday I went on the La Laguna, Taganana, Santa Cruz excursion and it was a wonderful experience! The landscapes were constantly changing! I would have needed more than two eyes! Furthermore, the staff, Adrián and Sebastian, were impeccable both professionally and humanly! Lovely trip to a green area in Tenerife! - Great trip, Sebastian was a great guide, very helpful and caring, also very informative and happy!! Lovely meal at Taganana, La Laguna was very interesting with a slow walk through town. Anaga forest was huge and very beautiful. Santa Cruz was lovely, but arrived during siesta!!

Culturally insensitive & inaccurate - The bus arrived 24 minutes late, the tour guide was wrong on important details, calling the Guanches slaves instead of the indigenous person of the island (information that can be found easily on the islands official website & other sources. He also talked randomly about refugees which as far as we could tell, had no relevance in the tour. The bus aircon failed to work properly and we were perspiring. Most of our experiences around Spain (including Sevilla & Barcelona) have been positive but this was the first negative one. Will never use this service again.
