Highlights
- Santa Cruz de Tenerife - Our first stop will be Santa Cruz de Tenerife, the capital of the island and the main point of the maritime connections of the Canary Islands.
There you can see buildings that will captivate you, such as the Tenerife Auditorium or avant-garde constructions such as the Plaza de España or Plaza Weyler.
- San Cristobal de La Laguna - We will continue the route to La Laguna, the first city founded in Tenerife after its conquest.
This historic jewel was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1999. Here we will walk through its picturesque streets brimming with history and culture.
- Taganana - We will continue our tour entering the impressive Anaga massif, also declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO. In this natural area lives one of the most valuable treasures in all of Europe: the laurel forest from the tertiary era.
Descending towards the beautiful northeast coast of the island we will arrive at the village of Taganana, which stands out for its natural beauty and its views of the ocean and the cliffs.
In Taganana you will have free time to walk, have lunch and try Canarian cuisine, our guide will recommend some of the menus available in the area. After lunch and a day discovering several of the treasures of Tenerife, we will return to the collection points.

This adventure takes you from the most contemporary city in Tenerife, through a historic colonial city, leading to the heart of the Anaga Rural Park, a declared Biosphere Reserve. You’ll encounter a seaside farmhouse typical of the area. It’s a journey of contrasts, revealing the island’s history.

Amazing experience!! - I went on a day trip to Santa Cruz and northern part of the island!! Cannot recommend it enough!! Laura, the guide and Patricia, the driver were brilliant. It was great atmosphere and lots of fun. We would make an unplanned stops in beautiful spots for the photo. We were told a lot of interesting things about the island 🏝️ and made feel really comfortable.
The island is beautiful and people are very friendly, they even stopped by my hotel to drop me off saving me walking.
Go and enjoy if you have a chance!!!

Great way to explore Tenerife - Drive thru the Rain Forest, very competent driver 😍 Would have liked longer in Santa Cruz, 90mins was too short. La Laguna absolutely beautiful, will revisit. Need to be aware it is a guided walk around tho, so if walking is not a issue lots of interesting places & info from our guide who was excellent.
Only problem was our pickup, was not the place or time on booking confirmation and had a very stressful start to the day 😳

An excellent day out with beautiful views - The guide was very knowledgeable, we got lots of interesting information. The views on the way to Taganana were just spectacular and La Laguna is a beautiful little town with tons of character and charm. The only thing I would say if there was perhaps extra 30 mins in each location so we could enjoy the views and atmosphere it would make the trip less rushed.

Beautifully scenery - Pick up was nice. The tour itself was incredibly beautiful. Tenerife isn't only for charter holidays, you simply have to watch it's beautiful nature.
The only downside was that our guide spoke poorly English, and was quite hard to understand. However, our busdriver, Jesús, was an amazing driver on their dangerous roads.
Overall, very nice trip.

could be better - There was not enough time in santa cruz, only one hour, we were told it would be 2 - 3. La lauguna, nothing there to see, just a way to get you into their friends restaurant to have dinner, spent over an hour there, complete waste of time. Promised wine tasting. this did not happen.

No chance. - Unfortunately, we did not go because there was a computer problem so the bus never came to pick us up in front of the hotel as planned. We were refunded the next day because our vacation was over.

We missed the tour because no one picked us up, Bad experience - No one picked up us at my pick up point (Iberostar Selection Sabila) as per information from yours. I was waiting from 8am to 8:20am, I whatapps your customer service and called Atlantic Dolphin Travel S.L. The staff of Atlantic told me the pick up point was not at my hotel, it should be somewhere else, therefore I missed the tour on that day. I was very disappointed for the following reasons: 1) if the pick up point was not at my hotel, I am sure I will not join it. 2) if the pick up point was changed, either you or the Lead Traveler should let me know in advance. 3) The Lead Traveler should contact me if they have not seen me show up on time. I have told the whole story to your CS Florence and she will help to request a refund for me in this issue. Please process it as soon as possible and it was really a very bad experience for me because that was the last day of my beach holiday in Tenerife and it became a non happy ending for my trip. :(

Hangry and cold - The route is interesting but journey is suffering. No toilet break, no snack break, no scenic spot stopping. We started the pickup route after 7 am and it took 3 hours both ways so 6 hours total just driving hotel to hotel. I stepped to the bus at 8am and we had first break and lunch at 2.30pm.
DO NOT TAKE KIDS TO THIS TRIP.
Even me as adult had tough time holding my bathroom needs and when asked answer was NEVER a toilet bus break.
1hour stop in Santa Cruz is not nearly enough. And the rest of it I can't even remember because I was exhausted. Oh, lunch was not optional, you get what you get and pay 18€ per person. There is no choice, no store, no tourist shop stops, nada. If you want to take pictures, just from the bus. If you want to walk around and see something. Do it another day.
I say again, do not take kids, and have snacks with you, even tho eating or drinking on the bus is not allowed.
