Villages, crafts and local food - It is a quiet route to go to enjoy villages, local food, buy crafts, drink coffee from the region and if you like adventure rent a quad bike. Our guide was Alfredo and always friendly, explaining history of the place and very attentive, totally recommended!

Great 1-day trip outside san salvador - Comfortable van with pick up from hotel with a fee if you are not in one of the two main locations. Really enjoyed the lunch spot they picked looking out to the mountains where you can see the border with guatemala.

Colourful towns, great food scene, and coffee stop - This was my second tour with Salvadorean Tours and I loved both! This tour gives you a quick glimpse at the Ruta de las flores by exploring five unique towns. Alfredo and the driver, Jorge, made sure it was a memorable experience. We didn't end up going to Ahuachapan like I thought, but Concepcion de Ataco was honestly a good way to cap it off.

Fun and engaging tour - We were the only ones on our tour and were able to get a customized experience as a result. Our guide, Eduardo, was knowledgeable and took us to a market where we sampled the local fruits. We didn't want to eat at any of the tourist traps, so he suggested we eat local foods from some food stalls where a festival was being held. It was perfect and just what we wanted. He was also our cameraman and videographer, which was super helpful. Highly recommend this tour!!

Long Travel Day - It was nice to see some of the countryside and learn about the history of Ruta de la Flores. What was not conveyed was how long we would travel to get to the locations. Half of the time was spent in a van.
