- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Minimum age is 7 years
- A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
- Comfortable clothing, Comfortable tennis shoes or walking shoes, Long Pants, Sunscreen, Non-aerosol insect repellent
- The maximum weight limit is 240 pounds.
- The maximum width for the harness on the legs is 65 cm.
- The maximum width for the harness around the hips is 110 cm.

Excellent experience - Excellent tour and guides (+efficient hotel pickup). We did the 12 ziplines tour and loved it. Very impressive but safe.

Zippin fun - Knowledgeable and fun guides. I felt safe and understood all the directions in order to maximize the experience.

Do the 12 zip line course! - Love the 12 zip line course! Our family had a blast. Staff and guides were so nice and helpful. Would recommend 10/10! Should be in good walking shape- some hiking. Don’t miss!

Well run company at a good price! - Really well organized company! We were impressed from start to finish with the level of organization, safety, and care taken for our 12 cable zip line adventure. It was my first time and this one will be quite hard to top! Long lines, high over the jungle canopy….this is an absolutely must do in La Fortuna!

Loved it! Was my kids’ favorite excursion! - The guides were great, but could’ve explained a bit more about what to do when you get stuck or don’t make it to the end and maybe recommend going with a guide if you with on the light side.

Zip Line Rookies No More - So much fun and so safe. We were zip line rookies— interested but anxious. Really fun and very beautiful. One of us was slightly scared, but the guys on staff were terrific…and we were experts by the 4 th one— just do it, you won’t regret.

Amazing Experience - Overall an incredible experience. My mother and I were both nervous to begin with but once we completed the first zipline, we were absolutely fine. Amazing views and lovely staff who made you feel safe and at ease. Wish we could do it all over again!

Zip line - A lot of fun but VERY hard uphill hike to begin and another hike in the middle to get to another section. The guides were very fun! Could have done without the village information time since we had already done that at another excursion, but understand the education value.

Pretty good - Good trip but we were not able to access food from 10:30-4:30. We were left at the top to wait for the tractor with no restaurant available to access. Our time was randomly changed from 10:30 to 1:30 without any explanation. We asked if there was food onsite and told yes but not at the top where we waited around for 2 hours per instructions. If you go down to the base of the falls be sure to wear water shoes as the other tour companies are the only ones able to use the stairs, this means you’ll need to trek over slippery rocks. Zip lining was good.
