Unforgettably fantastic tour - Michelle was an amazing tour guide! She took us to a wonderful farm and parmigano reggiano maker. Michelle was extremely knowledgeable about the process and the cheese was excellent. The balsamic vinegar maker Michelle took us to was fantastic. Again Michelle was very knowledgeable about the process, the balsamic maker was lovely, and the balsamic was like no other balsamic I have ever tasted. This day was one my family and I will never forget!

Beautiful artisanal tour, with a lovely and knowledgeable local! - This was surprisingly one of the best activities/tours of our 12 day trip. Serena was so kind and knowledgeable. Her deep appreciation and pride for her home regions craftsmanship came through and we thoroughly enjoyed watching and learning about both Parmigiano Reggiano and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar.

A journey to discover parmesan and vinegar - The tour gave us unexpected emotions and flavors! The visit to the dairy is a guarantee, experiencing the processing phases that lead to the creation of the famous Parmigiano Reggiano and then tasting it in the maturing room, where the eyes and sense of smell are filled with emotions... the visit to the vinegar factory however was a surprise , with the discovery of an unknown but very fascinating world. A tour that went well beyond expectations also thanks to the professionalism and friendliness of our guide. A small holiday in the area must certainly include a half day in their company to discover these fantastic and characteristic places. We will definitely be back to try other experiences

The highlight of our trip - This tour was the highlight of our trip to Italy! Michelle is incredibly knowledgeable about the processes of making Parmagiano Reggiano cheese and traditional balsamic vinegar. We learned a ton and she is a top-notch story teller. She also knows so much about art history, other places we were visiting, and other Italian made products. Wish we had more time to chat with her! She has very warm relationships with the owners of the places we visited, so the experience was in-depth, behind-the-scenes, truly a once-in-a-lifetime. The driver was very nice and the car was comfortable, too.
