I recommend! Great tour, with great breakfast - The tour is very good! I recommend! The grado 10 tourism team is top notch: polite, kind, responsible with schedules and organized. The guides were very nice to us, and there were snacks on every tour. At this geyser, the breakfast was exceptionally good! The vehicle that is different from all other agencies allows you to have a cooler view throughout the entire route.

Best Choice!!! - After doing lots of research and reading many reviews, we booked all our tours of Atacama Desert (geysers, vallecito, altiplano, and lago Cejar) with Grado 10 and couldn’t have been happier. They also arranged transportation for us to do an additional tour they don’t normally offer. Everything was scheduled perfectly and every detail well thought out. They know the best spots to stop and cook us a delicious hot breakfast with an amazing view and best chances of seeing many different animals! Highly recommend!!!

DO NOT MISS THIS ONE! Excellent from start to finish. - From start to finish, an experience muy maravilloso! Communication about pickup was friendly and timely. Our guides, Diego & Luis, were absolutely wonderful. The safari bus was comfortable and made for a superior viewing experience. The geysers were breathtaking at sunrise, and it was worth the early wake up call, even for the grumpy teenager we had in tow. After leaving the geysers, we were transported to a gorgeous viewpoint to observe native animales while our guides prepared us a five star breakfast al fresco. From there, we traveled to Machuca village, stopping along the way to photograph vicuñas and flamingoes. The village stop was basically just a restroom break - I would have loved to stop in a village where some shopping was available (we skipped the “llama kebabs”). Our driver was masterful and I felt safe at every turn and twist of the steep mountain roads! We were dropped back at our hotel right on time. 100% would recommend this tour - we will book with Grade 10 again!

Wonderful experience, highly recommended. - The truck is very comfortable and has large windows, very panoramic so you don't miss anything. The guide Thiago was very cool, he knew a lot about the places, he explained everything to us, he was very attentive and cordial. They gave us a breakfast from the gods, with sandwiches, juice, fruit, pancakes, very good. Very nice places. They exceeded our expectations.

A wonderful tour - The place is wonderful and the grade 10 attention is first class. Both the driver and the guide were very kind and gentlemen. 100% recommended.

Amazing tour guide+ driver to El Tatio Geysers!! - This trip is amazing! The views, colors, landscape were all out of this world! It was well worth getting up early (4:155 am) to do this tour. Our tourguide Rodrigo and driver were super friendly, extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable about the flora, fauna, and of course The geysers! The safari truck is amazingly comfortable and felt very safe! The driver is very experienced and did a great job driving us around- we stopped at interesting points on the way back (you’ll see many beautiful flamingos and other native water birds), as well as vicuñas and a fox! Also, one of the highlights of this trip is the kind of breakfast these guys made for us- DELICIOUS! With table cloths, real china and glassware- it was a very special experience and wonderful half day!!

Fun and interesting - Really enjoyed the experience. The view of the geyser field with dozens of steam columns in the early morning sun was impressive. Fun breakfast in the altiplano steppe

It was not "Safari Style." - The weather was cold and rainy. The geysers were not attractive. The cost for the tour and admission fee to the Tatio are pricy.

Cancelled by Grade10 3 days before departure - I had hoped to begiving Grade 10 a 5 Bubble review however thats not the case. About 7 days prior to departure we received a message if it was possible to change our date for the tour - not possible in our case as we were only in San Pedro to do this tour! Heard nothing for four days and then got a message that the truck had to be serviced and would not be operating. I requested info about my option and head nothing for another two days - obviously too late for us as we needed to plan an alternative. I complained about the delay in responding and the excuse was that they were trying to answer all the customer emails! Unfortunately Grade 10 dont seem to realised that these trips are part of a holiday of a lifetime for some people and we cant wait until they have time to respond, in order to reschedule our plans. Bad customer service is the bottom line.
