Great experience with grado10 - Sensational experience! Punctuality and responsibility. The safari bus is very comfortable (a huge difference compared to Vans). Very tasty breakfast (grilled snacks are much better) and delicious lunch with wine. They manage the logistics to avoid other groups at the same point and the guide Tiago brings a lot of information and also takes photos of the people. I took a tour with another agency the day before, it's not the same service as what grado10 offers. The tour was spectacular and now I'm sure I made the best choice.

Excellent service - I did three tours with this agency and everything was excellent, they really stand out from others in service and professionalism. Even on one of the tours, only my family and I went because the rest of the people changed the day and did not cancel us, they still complied and it was practically a private tour. I definitely recommend them and would take tours with them again.

The best excursion option in Atacama - We have done 3 excursions with them, little valley, red stones and antiplanic lagoons and the Tatio geysers, and all 3 have been fabulous. Our guide was Tiago and our driver Don Luis, each one better and both fabulous. There are details that make these tours different from the dozens offered in San Pedro de Atacama: one is the truck/bus in which their journeys take place, spacious and comfortable with large windows to enjoy the landscape. The second is the wonderful breakfast they prepare on the morning excursions, it was truly a luxury for us to have delicious delicacies prepared at the moment (on shot) in incomparable places. Add that Tiago is a great guide and helped us take the best photos of the trip, and Don Luis prepared delicious pancakes near the geysers. Without a doubt the best choice to organize your excursions in Atacama.

Great experience. - What a wonderful experience, we were picked up at the hotel at 6am and the truck/bus with comfortable seats that recline well, you can take a nap until the coffee stop, which is a show in itself prepared by Luiz who is our driver too and Tiago who was our guide, both very good people. Stop at a place with a beautiful view. Our tours are now taking place in January and I saw comments that there was no air conditioning in the cabin, I thought it would be a problem, but no, despite the sun the desert air is cold and the guillotine style truck windows allow you to control the heat or wind. cold. Seats with seat belts. We really enjoyed the tour and will also do the Geysers with them for the positive experience. I highly recommend it.

Great experience - I’ve booked lagunas altiplanicas and pedras rojas tour with Grado 10 in a lucky strike, via instagram search. The experience is nothing short than perfect. They use a very confy vehicle, way better than the stock vans that most operators employ. It’s a blessing for long trips. Our guides were incredibly polite and thoughtful. Very acknowledged in the history of the region. It’s a really premium experience that easily worth the small premium paid.

Awesome!! - We loved the bus!!! And our tour guide Andres and the driver Luis, were amazing!! It was a private tour to piedras rojas and lagunas altiplanicas, they picked us up in time, drove us there, Andrea’s explained everything and made it super fun! They then stopped at a gorgeous lookout and prepared the most amazing breakfast for us with hot coffee, bread, orange juice, eggs etc, delish!!!! They stopped for us at places that were not even in the schedule and went above and beyond for us, we loved it all and we were sad we didn’t book all our tours with them! We’ll come back and will certainly book every single tour with them!!

Wonderful lagoons - Incredible landscapes, great knowledge of the area, Andrés is foolproof, Luis is a pleasure. The landscapes of Piedra Roja are amazing and the highland lagoons are unique.

Must Book! - We had an absolutely incredible time with Grado 10. We did 3 tours and they were wonderful! I couldn’t recommend this amazing company more. They provide a completely unique experience with incredible views, information, food and drinks. They made sure that we were given an experience away from the crowds. Many times we were the first ones in the different locations. The bus also provide such an special experience unlike any other tour company! Definitely chose Grado 10!

Very picturesque visit to lakes and vicuna sightings - Overall we enjoyed this tour which visits a number of spectacular lakes in the Altiplano about 90 minutes drive from San Pedro de Atacama. The guide (Andres) was very knowledgeable and informative and he and his team cooked an impressive breakfast for us with spectacular views over the first lake. At the third lake we saw several herds of vicuna vying for territory, with Andres giving a fascinating explanation on the behaviour. The safari-style vehicle provides good visibility from its large windows, but be prepared for the early-morning cold (we visited mid-Sept). Also, note that while we did see a few flamingos in the distance, it is not a tour where you are likely to see lots of them. Note to Grado 10 administration - please upgrade your pre-tour instructions - we had some confusion with emails being sent to us about the need to exchange the Viator voucher for tickets by passing by their office in San Pedro beforehand but this was not open when we went there twice. All sorted out in the end via WhatsApp but this part of the interaction could have been smoother. The tour itself and Andres were good and to be recommended.
