Great snorkle trip !!! - It was a great experience snorkeling in a small group with our guide Alex. He tried very hard to show us the diverse fish and also a turtle. It was amazing! We can definitely recommend the tour.

Unforgettable - We had an amazing experience with Captain Enrique and Enrique our guide. They were both friendly, helpful, Enrique was very knowledgeable about the waters and we felt safe with our 3 teens. If you have never seen the colour of the water in Cozumel, it is a brilliant, clear turquoise. We swam with sea turtles, saw star fish and went to El Cielo and swam with manta rays... they come up to you and sidle along to nudge you or be petted. It was incredible! Our only complaint about this trip is that you have to take your own taxi to the pick up site, then they put you in a taxi that brings you back where you came from ( near the port). It seems like a waste of time. While they provide the taxi back, they will not let you out at the port even though you are passing it! We had to negotiate with the driver and pay him 10.00 to let us out.

Unforgettable snorkeling trip! - This snorkeling trip exceeded our expectations! Miguel and Chema were a great team on the Dos Hermanos boat. Miguel took great care of the 8 of us in the water so even the weak swimmers enjoyed themselves. He took pictures of us near a green sea turtle at the turtle sanctuary and huge starfish at El Cielo. El Cielito sand bar was the clearest water we’ve ever seen. It was fun to stand in there having delicious snacks made by Chema and drinks while chatting with our fellow snorkelers, and with huge stingrays peacefully gliding among us. Thank you, Miguel and Chema! #cozumelsnorkelcenter Tip: reservation email doesn’t mention the meeting time is 30 minutes before the tour time so go early. We were all late because no one knew.

A great all day trip! - It was a great trip! Super easy to find - just watch for the booth shaped like a yellow jeep after you get off the ferry. They took care of everything. Crew - everyone was helpful but even more than that... they made it FUN. $$ - Well worth the money. The pictures at the end cost extra but well worth it. The guys took some AMAZING underwater shots of us and I'm sure the few extra dollars can really help the guides. Helpful Tip - the only thing not provided is fins. If you're not used to swimming or snorkeling without them, you need to bring a pair!

It was ok - The first 2 sites were in reality 1 site. We floated there, moved 10 meters and were told we were now on the second site, without even leaving the water. Guide was in spanish, even though we selected english. And then he provided a quick explanation in english. But was talking in spanish 90% of the time. Last site wasnt a reef but just shallow water. Really it should be advertised as 2 reefs not 4. Wished we chose another provider in the end, but it was all just ok.

Not worth it - Felt very rushed, had to wait around almost an hr before getting on the little boat. It was normal to ride 30 min each way, thats with anyone you book through. El Cielo was full of jellyfish, it was a painful experience. This stop was considered 2 stops and lasted maybe 20 min. Same with starfish point and the sandbar. Other boats stayed around much longer. Then tips were essentially required, I was short changed in pesos and had no energy to argue. Not what I wanted our first time in Cozumel to be like, definitely learned my lesson. Book with a larger company, especially if you're American. You'll feel out of place and cheated out of what should've been a great experience.

No snorkeling and No money back - I am still waiting for my refund that was promissed 2 weeks ago. We arrived to meeting location and they said the harbor was closed due to strong winds hitting the south and couldnt make it to the reefs we were going to. Staff came over and promissed ny wife as he made the booking we would get a refund. so we paid 2 taxis one to come and one to leave aprox 20 usd which was paid by ourselves. So far no refund and we have not heard back from these guys. I would book with these guys as they are not serious on their word.

Would not recommend this company - The tour itself was awful. There is barely room to sit as there are other tourists trying to do the same since the boat is small and no room left. the snorkeling sites looked empty considering we were visiting the most famous reefs an this island. The crew was nice but seemed more worried about their tips and at times forgot we were paying customers waiting an activity to happen.
