If you want to see how the people live and get a true taste of Cozumel try this! - A great way to see more of Cozumel than the pier and cruise port! Jony was a great guide! We ended up having him all to ourselves as it seems the potential rain scared some folks away. It turned out to be a beautiful day and we enjoyed a great ride. Jony was very knowledgeable and shared many historical facts and personal experiences! The fresh mojito I had from our stop at the stand by the beach was the most delicious ever! The tacos were very good! My first time trying mole and it was different! Highly recommend this tour and Jony!

Fun, real tour with the best guide and delicious tacos! - We loved this so much! Gris was the absolute best tour guide. She took us out of tourist area and showed us the cool local spots and told us a lot of the history. Plus, we had the yummiest tacos! 🤤 Would totally recommend to everyone!

EBike tour of Cozumel & tacos - We had a very good time, a suggested improvement would be a couple of additional stops to learn about historical aspects of the city.

Great Way to See Cozumel - The trip itself was great and our guide Joni was terrific. Very friendly and personable. The tour ended up being just me and my husband. I also liked the big comfortable seats on the bikes. (I have turned down e-bike tours based on seat comfort.) One of our stops was a shop that made handcrafted black coral pieces and jewelry. I usually dislike these kind of forced sales stops, but this place was a rarity with a unique story of why they are able to use the black coral. The craftsmanship was good and the people delightful. I bought a necklace and bracelet combo and am still glad I did. Unique. The taco place we stopped at (Guisados) was amazing! (And I am gluten free and was fine.) The reason I am withholding a star in my rating is for the maintenance of the bikes themselves. My husband’s bike’s electrical went out on it and he was manually pedaling until we noticed him. The guide switched bikes with him and that was fine. But near the end, the chain fell off of my husband’s bike. He could still use the motorized throttle to move, but not ideal. So two out of the three bikes had issues. I also want to say something about riding through city traffic. Yes, we were riding amongst cars and taxi’s. But Cozumel drivers actually do stop when they are supposed to! So if a bit of traffic doesn’t freak you out, it is a lot of fun. I have been to Cozumel many, many times, but I’ve never seen as much of the island as I did on the e-bike tour. Good fun!

Thrilling - This was a great experience. I have to say, it can be very tricky and tad scary driving among the taxi drivers but Johnny was a great tour guide. Highly recommend.

Fun event! - We had a fun time on this tour. Our guide, Johnny, was great! The tacos were one of the best parts of the trip. Lots of options and all delicious. My wife's bike was in need of some updating but it still worked.

Unimpressive! - We left 45 minutes late after waiting for another couple. 15 minutes should be the cut off point for waiting. We only made two stops for history information which was disappointing. The taco lunch was very good! It was followed by a stop for ice cream and popsicles. Mainly it was just riding the bikes up one long street and then back. We hardly saw any of the town. 👎

Unsafe Experience - I caution anyone considering this event. Unsafe with substandard bikes and riding against traffic. We stopped within 1000 feet of leaving and returned for a full refund.

Terrible - Worst Viator excursion ever. Two bikes broke down within 5 minutes after leaving and were not replaced until taco stop an hour later. Bikes were so antiquated , my seat kept moving from side to side. Sites were only a church, an airport and a taco stand. Very disappointed. There needs to be a guide at back of pack as well to monitor breakdowns. Would never recommend this to anyone. All eight of us said the same thing.
