Best thing we did in San Miguel de Allende ! - This was by far one of our best experiences ever traveling. We had never flown in a balloon before, and we were a little anxious, but the professionalism and the execution of this trip took this away along with our breath as we were flying over San Miguel . Natalia and the captain and the ground crew were outstanding. This is a bucket list experience and you should not pass it up. Afterwards , we had breakfast at the beautiful Rosewood hotel which is a must see place in itself. We could not have been more excited and fulfilled taking this trip and we will remember it for the rest of our lives. Do this and you wont regret it !

ballooning has never been better - From pickup to dropoff, the experience with Globo was perfect. They really try hard to make sure you have a great time and treat you like family. It started with a convenient pickup point (was only 1/2 mile from where I was staying), got us going with excellent pastries and coffee, drove us out to a field where lots of Globo employees efficiently filled the balloon, got about 15 of us comfortable in the basket, then flew over the San Miguel valley showing us all the important sights (including the San Miguel downtown and a beautiful sunrise), then landed the balloon basket right on the bed of the trailer behind the pickup truck! Obviously, the pilot of the balloon was super experienced. It was awesome to see that placement. About 3.5 hours after starting, we were dropped off at the starting point. I wholeheartedly recommend this balloon ride while in San Miguel de Allende.

Wonderful views, great crew! - Wonderful, would recommend! Leaving Rosewood in the early morning after coffee and pastries started the trip. It was a short ride to the launch site and we were able to watch the moon go down as the balloon was filled. Vivi kept us entertained the entire time and made the venture even more fun with her funny and engaging banter. Traveling over the landscape as the sun rose gave a beautiful view of San Miguel and surrounding area. We always felt safe and the crew of the balloon ride was courteous and friendly, explaining all aspects of our journey.

Regular Guy Has Extraordinary Experience - My first concern was that the balloon ride was safe and controlled, which it was. The second was that it was fun and 'an experience' which it most certainly was. The group in my balloon happened to be very fun and nice people. I went with my mother. The views, the quiet, the feeling of excitement all made it a very memorable experience. The staff was genuinely nice and capable. I felt safe the entire time, as did my mother and all the participants, as far as I could tell. (One of the guys found out during this 'experience' that he was afraid of heights, but he was a trouper. It was a lifetime experience, for sure, in my opinion, and I highly recommend it. The breakfast and pre-flight interaction was agreeable, for so early in the morning, and the tour picked me and my elderly mother up from her place, which was also greatly appreciated. As I said, it was a great experience all around. NOTE: I don't use any social media or like to share photos that I took, but I have about 100. Again, an epochal experience.

Fantastic experience and company! - The trip was incredible! The views were unbelievable! And the whole flight and experience was so exciting whilst also being serene. The guide was friendly, informative and very kindly and consistently offered to take photos for everyone on the trip. The whole crew facilitated the trip like a well oiled machine and everything was very safe. It was the most amazing experience and I would love to go again and again!

Excellent balloon ride - This was a well orgaized well run tour. Pick up on time, got to the launch site and balloons were about ready, flew off and had a fine time. Crew was waiting at the landing spot so that part worked well too.
