A treat for your tastebuds - What a fantastic experience. I would recommend this trip to anybody. Anthony picked us up from our hotel and took us around giving us not only a very knowledgeable history tour but an opportunity to eat the flavours of Trinidad. Each stop has been specifically chosen for being the best by Anthony who is a lover of street food. One of my friends is gluten free and even that didn't phase him with a work round where required. My personal favourite was the Gyro but very closely followed by the corn and dumpling soup. Thanks Anthony for being such a great host and showing us the cultural foods of your beautiful island.

A must for foodies, history buffs and anyone looking for a fun night - Why did we leave this experience until our last night? Communication from the off was great, and upon pick up we were greeted so warmly by Anthony, our host for the evening. He remembered our names and used them throughout the experience, which gave it a personal touch, as well as his wealth of knowledge not only about Trinidad but also our home country’s influence as well. With five stops and a small group, this was an intimate night full of fascinating facts, great humour and wonderful food. We hadn’t tasted anything on the tour during our time here yet and it was a good way to get a locals’ insight into the cuisine. All stops had a story behind them and Anthony was everything you could want in a host. Absolutely a must if visiting Port of Spain! Love from Jake and Emma, who enjoyed the England-bashing

Learnt so much without being lectured to! - What a different style of tour. We did both the night and morning tour, both were fun and enjoyable but the night tour was the best for us. The food tastings were all great but without realising it the story of Trinidad itself is told in a concise numerous way by Anthony. His commentary has you understanding how Trinidad ended up such a diverse nation and how it shapes the food it eats today and which you taste on the tour. Also you go off the beaten track out of Port of Spain which we would never have done ourselves. Fun, entertaining tour, highly recommended.

My favourite part of our magical trip to Trinidad & Tobago - It was a few months ago now that we had our magical trip to Trinidad & Tobago, but still, every time someone asks me about it, this food tour is the part I harp on about the most. The food was undeniably delicious but Anthony absolutely made it. This tour enhanced my cultural experience of Trinidad much more than any other single attraction. Anthony taught us much about Trinidad's history, a fascinating and often challenging story, and wove it together with the delicious food of Trinidad's many and varied people. I cannot recommend this tour enough.
