Downtown - This walking part of the tour includes seeing some of the old architecture from the 19th Century, as well as hearing the fascinating stories of Port of Spain’s past. This includes walking along a tree-lined promenade as well as the historical Woodford Square.
You’ll stop to have Trinidad’s most popular street food; doubles along your walk. -
Queen’s Park Savannah - Your next segment of this tour takes you to the uptown part of Port of Spain where you will be driven even deeper into our history via 19th Century buildings (known as the Magnificent 7), the Botanic Gardens and the Queen’s Park Savannah; said to be one of the world’s largest roundabouts.
You will also be visiting a little neighbourhood bakery for a spicy meat or vegetarian fritter, along with a tasty sweet Trini treat! -
Queen’s Park Oval - You will be stopping near the world-famous Queen’s Park Cricket Ground at one of the city’s best-kept secrets (literally) where you will have a very popular refreshingly chilled milk-based drink, with flavour choices that include peanut and sea moss.

Lady Young Road - Lady Young Lookout gives you the perfect end to your tour. At this lookout point (some 200 m / 650 ft) you will get a breathtaking view of Port-of-Spain and on a clear day, you can also see our closest neighbour, Venezuela.
You’ll also be able to point out all the places you visited while there.

Enjoy this tour of Trinidad & Tobago’s capital, Port of Spain, where its rich history is reflected in the daily lives of its citizens! Stroll through the bustling downtown along a promenade while hearing the tales of 19th Century architecture mixed in with modern buildings. You will visit a charming Woodford square, which is the lungs of the city and was the original town square.
Your 3.5-hour experience will also take you to the uptown part of the city where you will see the glorious architecture of the Magnificent Seven, which were originally family homes built in the late 19th Century! You will visit landmarks like the War Memorial, the Botanic Gardens, places of worship, and so on, all of which highlight our city’s history and its richness in diversity; both in our people and in our religious beliefs.

Best kept secret, cruisers! - Americans, don’t be afraid of Trinidad! If you are coming in on a cruise ship I highly recommend Anthony’s tour! We now understand the rich culture in Trinidad and got to experience areas only a local could be familiar with. And the food! Thank you Anthony, for showing us your beautiful country and giving us a taste of the local cuisine. An absolutely fabulous tour.

A great day in Trinidad - We had a full day tour with Anthony covering the North, West and Center of Trinidad and had an amazing time. The tour included some sights we wanted to see but also other sights Anthony recommended.
Anthony is very knowledgeable, friendly and humorous guy that offered us a great day. I can only recommend him and his services to those looking for a guide in Trinidad.

A Perfect Blend - This was our first time in Trinidad and we were a little wary of what we would find. We shouldn't have worried. Our tour guide Anthony was early and waiting for us at the port with a welcoming smile. We started off with an interesting walk around the newer parts of Port of Spain and then jumped in the air conditioned mini-bus and moved on to the historical area. He was great company for me and my wife and we laughed more than any trip in the next two weeks of our Carribean cruise. It's a great introduction to Trinidad and if you choose this tour ask for Anthony. Hes a lovely man and you won't regret it.
