Food tour excellent! - Great tour with Hector was amazing! Food was delicious and Hector was very knowledgeable about food and city! Best tequila tasting we had on trip as well (and we had various). We can’t wait to try cooking class some day as well!

Recommend this Foodie Tour! - Hector the Connector was a great guide who introduced us to restaurants in San Jose we hadn’t been to. A lot of food and a lot of fun.

Great variety - in tacos, restaurants, and sites! - Our guide, Gilberto met us at the church on the square in San José with a friendly smile and eager to share his knowledge of San José, tacos, and so much more! We went to a few in-town restaurants and a couple that were a little of the beaten path which was nice as we got to see a side of town we hadn’t been to - all good, clean, safe, friendly, and fun. Each place served a different kind of taco, offered delicious margaritas, cold beer, and other drinks. It was a delightful evening in San José! ¡Gracias Gilberto!

Perfect way to start our trip - Since nobody in our group had ever been to San Jose del Cabo before, we thought that starting our trip off with a food tour might introduce us to some hidden gems that we could revisit later in our stay. I was very happy that the tour got us away from the (overpriced and too-touristy) restaurants along the main street and the central square and led us to a couple of restaurants we wouldn't have found on our own. We had great experiences at two of the three stops and returned to Marcelino and Adelitas twice each. We also enjoyed some offerings from two food carts in the main square. Hector "the Connector" was a fun and enthusiastic guide and I would definitely recommend that first time visitors schedule this at the beginning of their stay. Also, the tequila tasting (that I thought would be a bit of a dud) was actually fun and informative. I learned a lot and ended up buying an amazing (and pricey!) bottle of añejo from a local distillery.

Great activity in San Jose del Cabo - The tour was great and there was too much food and drink to even finish! We went to 4 taco shops and then a tequila tasting at the tour office. From the 4 restaurants we had soapa, chalupa and two tacos. We also could buy some delicious drinks like dragonfruit or hibiscus margaritas, mezcal drinks and of course beer. The tequila tasting was educational and these were not blanco tequila, they were reposados and anajos. The best part arguably was Tania, the tour guide who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable about the foods and well travelled within Mexico so she could share information about the origins of the different Mexican foods. Recommended for a night of fun!

Great food tour! - We went on a food tour this past Sunday. Our tour guide was named David and he was excellent. The food was great and we had way more than we should have eaten. We actually ended up bring tamales and pastries home for lunch. I would definitely recommend this tour for anyone wanting to try authentic, mexican food.

Holiday Tour is Cabo de San Jose - The tour was well organized and the stops were all excellent. The food was different tacos except one place that offered a relleno. We finished with a tequila tasting and desert.

Adequate. - Margarita tasting was interesting. Tacos were also unique in two locations. Tour guide had shown knowledge of area and businesses we visited. Overall cost however excessive in relation to overall tasting experience and full tour. I would not recommend due to value!!!
