Literally cannot fault this trip. Our guide (Matthew) had so much knowledge about so many things. Def recommend! - This trip was a highlight of our holidays. Loved the vineyards and the knowledge of our guide. Matthew knew so much about the history of the region generally, woke and vineyards, but also his general knowledge was incredible such that we talked about so many things. In addition, he clearly loved his job and enjoyed educating us on so many things. We can thoroughly recommend this tour.

LBJ Tour Grayline with Mike ! - Mike really went out of his way to personalize our tour. We surely would not have been able to see all we did - especially the parts of the LBJ tour - and understand the legacy of LBJ without his guidance. I highly recommend taking his tour.

Take the time to enjoy this tour. - This tour checked a lot of boxes. We started by learning a lot about LBJ. His boyhood home, his first school and the ranch all delivered information about why he became the man that he was. Lunch was in Fredericksburg. Lunch and shopping choices were plentiful. Next stop was Luckenbach. Who would expect live country music at 3 pm? Luckenbach provided it. It was also the start of a country music sign along in our van. Last stop was Sister Creek Vineyards. It was even interesting to me as a non wine drinker. The trip to and from the hill country deserves a mention. Mike, our guide, knew all the scenic views and all the bits of information to tie the area into an understandable whole.

Hill Country - If it’s hot bring water. Enjoyed the LBJ exhibits in Johnson City. The LBJ Ranch is being renovated. You might want to wait until that is finished. Loved Luckenbach
