Beautiful Salzburg - through music and food - This was one of our favorite nights from our trip. We booked the ViP package - mainly for the view at dinner - and we were not disappointed! Breathtaking! The meal itself was delicious, and the service was attentive and fun. The musicians put on a truly lovely concert and the location cannot be beat. Although this is certainly a “tourist experience,” don’t let that put you off. You’ll be treated to fine meal, in a gorgeous setting, followed by a first class musical performance. Our group ranged in age from 16 to 70, and this was evening we’ll all remember.

Salzburg Fortress VIP Dinner and Mozart concert - a wonderful evening! - Absolutely wonderful evening. VIP dinner location, food and service were all excellent and the concert quite amazing. The musicians were simply brilliant. Cannot find a single negative element and very highly recommend this event to anyone visiting Salzburg. Definitely five stars!

Fortress visit & concert are unforgettable! - Our boat tour was short as the river was too shallow for the boat to venture further. When the water depth is better the boat tour is probably better than we experienced. However, the commentary is interesting so we still enjoyed it. Afterwards there was a short walk through the beautiful streets to the cable car. Directions are clear and easy to follow. Exploring the fortress is fantastic. The sheer scope of it is awe-inspiring. For the meal we sat at a window overlooking the city. The food was good but not has phenomenal as the rest of the evening. From there we moved to the cozy concert hall a few floors up in the fortress. This was spectacular, something that won't be forgotten. Would definitely recommend this event.

Magical - Honestly one of the best excursions I’ve ever been on! From start to finish this was a truly fantastic evening! The river boat cruise was amazing, the food was out of this world and the concert was just wow!!

Salzburg for couples - A real delight for couples, a small but enjoyable river cruise that was surpassed by dinner in a traditional restaurant, in a wonderful setting. The atmospheric Mozart concert was truely dignified amongst the walls of Fortress Salzburg.

Unique and intimate and beautiful - Absolutely loved this concert. The setting is more intimate than I expected and very unique. So it's not just another performance in another cathedral this one is unique. I am hoping to do this again when I come back!!!

Dinner and concert great, cruise meh - The dinner and concert were fantastic. The cruise was not that entertaining and does not feel like it belongs with the other two activities. There is a lot of down time between the cruise and dinner.

River cruise, visit to the Fortress & Concert well worth it. - The river cruise was great, fun and informative. The dinner was LONG... but the food and service were good. The concert was AMAZING! Really enjoyed the show in a small venue in the fortress.

Lovely time for a special date. - This was a lovely tour. The boat part was the last interesting, but still a nice cruise. The dinner was lovely - we had the VIP dinner, and we sat in a little room overlooking a beautiful view of the Alps. The food was good, especially the soup and the dessert. The concert was excellent; we thought highly of the first violin.
My husband and I went on this as a part of our 20th anniversary trip. We dressed up, and it was a special experience for us both. Note - it does finish fairly late!

Fun mix of activities that will be energizing and relaxing - Great mix of activities bundled together for a very fun dress up afternoon and evening. A river cruise, vertical mountain lift ride up to Salzburg Fortress, dinner looking over the sunset and Bavarian alps, followed by a live Mozart string concert. We went for VIP so probably the dinner at “just ok” keeps this only to 4- star, but overall the river boat was short but fun and offered a different vantage of lovely Salzburg, lift ride pretty cool, picture taking opportunity on the fortress pre-dinner incredible, and musical concert very high quality in super cool small cozy concert hall at the top. Seeing Mozart sites earlier in the day cool, but hearing Mozart played live by highly talented musicians just awesome. All in all would recommend the tour.
