• 11:00am Primer on Spices, Herbs, Thai rice, and seasonings in Thai cuisine.
• 12:00pm Preparation of a Thai appetizer and a chance to savor your creation.
• 12:30pm Preparation of a Thai Soup and an opportunity to taste your work.
• 01:00pm Preparation of a main course and indulge in your culinary creation.
• 02:00pm Conclusion of the session, presentation of certificates, and a fruit platter to enjoy post-class.
• 02:30pm Return to the hotel.

- All dishes can be either vegetarian, vegan, spicy or non spicy to suite to your own taste.
- Children must be 9 years or older to attend a class as knives and gas are involved in the class.
- The person who comes with but doesn’t want to cook pays an extra 600 Baht per person. Includes share of food and transportation
- There are at least 2 people required to start the cooking class. The class size is limited to maximal 12 persons.
