Experience an authentic wine tasting in a quaint wine bar located in the historic heart of the city, just a stone’s throw from Campo de’ Fiori. Enter the unique enoteca, filled to the brim with various wines, where your hosts, Patrizia and her sommelier son, Giampaolo, will warmly welcome you.

Once you’re comfortably settled, the tasting will commence. Listen closely as the sommelier guides you through Italy’s wine regions via tastings of 6 distinct wines. Your session will start with a glass of either Prosecco or Franciacorta, together with taralli - a traditional snack from Apulia. Next, you will sample two different Italian white wines, perfectly paired with a selected assortment of Umbrian or Tuscan cheeses. Finally, you will experience two exceptional Italian red wines, complemented with a variety of carefully sourced salami and cured meats.
