Great value and regular. - Booked online, excellent value and the buses were every 20mins. Staff were helpful, noted more staff than previous years - well done Terravision. Comfortable buses, simple and easy transfers.

Always correct - I have used Terravision many times in different places around Italy. They are always perfect. Staff very kind and helpful too.

Easy option to go to the airport from Rome Centrum - Very easily located at the Termini Station in Rome. Bought tickets online, did not have to print them. Bus was on time and dropped us off right in front of the airport entrance

Reliable night bus service - If you have an early flight and need to get to Fiumicino Airport, look no further than this bus service. Peace of mind, online service, no printed tickets required, reliable. They do exactly what they say.

An unreliable company - The bus was supposed to depart at 3:50 AM, but at 3:44 it still hadn’t arrived, even though the rules state that passengers must be at the stop 15 minutes before departure. It was impossible to contact customer support, as the website only provides a link to Facebook, where the listed email is answered only from 9:30 AM. I had to travel with another carrier because I couldn’t take the risk of waiting any longer. There are many other carriers that are far more reliable and professional, even if they don’t have such aggressive advertising. I do not recommend this company.

Not recommended at all. - Stay away from this company. The employees responsible for selling tickets and organizing passenger boarding are extremely rude, impolite, and unfriendly. The luggage transported on the bus has no identification tags at all. There are other companies available nearby that offer better service.

DON'T TAKE ANY CHANCES IF YOU DON'T WANT TO MISS THE FLIGHT - An absolute disaster: when we arrived at the termini stop people were packed without a clear line, a total disorganization that caused people to sneak in because, besides, not enough places having sold open tickets, everyone wanted to mount the first one: shoving, insults, fight accounts... incredible but true. Besides, the organization did nothing to order that and even the police had to arrive but it also did not help calm the mood... in the end some travelers had to take command and organize a little chaos. DON'T RISK IT IF YOU DON'T WANT TO MISS THE FLIGHT.

Terrible. - Horrible experience in Rome Termini- Fiumicino. Web tickets at 18:00. The man who sells tickets sells more than the bus admits. The 18:20 also overbookind. The same at 6:40 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Fights, shoves and arguments begin. We take a taxi for not missing the flight. They overbook and don't give back money or compensation. You waste money, time and even the plane.

TERRIBLE!!! - We had booked a bus for 8:20. We arrived at the departure point 15 minutes early, and there was a race. They didn't inform us of anything. There was no other departure point, no information whatsoever. We waited, searched the surrounding streets, and found nothing. We had to buy another ticket from another company, Bus Shuttle, which was located on a nearby street.
