Airport transfer - I wanted to buy but tickets online but I didn't know what exact time to note, nor how long the ticket was valid so I waited to be there but I didn't find where to buy my tickets at the airport, too bad. A tourist point referred us to another company with too long a journey, I found out how to buy my tickets back to the airport. I knew my exact departure time. Perfect return.

Easy to use. - Really easy to find the bus when leaving airport and speedy transfer to Rome. Excellent value for money. Bus was clean and comfortable.

Find the bus easily and... - Find the bus easily and it got us to termini station exactly as we wanted. Easy and cheaper than taxi.

Check departure point! - Followed signs from airport arrivals for Bus. Went towards stop 14. Deserted, no signage. Checked my phone to make sure I had correct info. Msg said stop had changed to 18. Walked back towards airport and spotted Terravision kiosk near stop 16. Checked departure point and was able to board next bus without further delay. For info lower number stops are quite separate from higher number stops and the path divides well before you get to Kiosk. General moan - coach companies seem to not be very good at keeping passengers informed. Journey into Rome took around 40 minutes and was very comfortable.

Lamentable no customer service - We took this link back and forth to Rome. Drivers are rude and drive without caring about the people they are transporting. On the way back, we forgot something important on the bus. We noticed it within 5 minutes of our descent. This company has no way to be reached. We therefore made an email immediately to their consumer service. After more than 3 boosts and more than 2 months, no return from them. It is unthinkable to have any consideration like that.

CANCELLED TICKET - Well in advance I bought online the ticket for the Rome Fiumicino - Termini route for the day of 06.01.2025 at 20:30, as attached. Unfortunately, between the delay of the plane and the delay in the delivery of the trolleys, I was not able to go to the bus station at the booked time, but only at 21:10, safe as it has happened before, that there would be no problem. Bad. - Ticket purchased long ago for organized travel. The plane's delayed an hour. I arrive at T3 and the boy makes us redo the ticket because it had recently expired.
