Very easy will save you a fortune on taxis! - Very easy to use, quick and efficiency! staff are great .. very friendly and helpful. We were going to take a taxi back to campino on return but decided to get the bus again and so glad we did as we saved so much money and it was so easy as it’s the same stop as drops you off. The timetable is also printed on bus stop and website to book tickets are easy we just used Apple Pay ( we did see people buying tickets of staff before boarding too) I would get there at least 20 mins before boarding as a queue forms.. one thing I would suggest is that people who have not pre bought tickets should be made to go to back of queue as they rudely pushed in front of us.

So easy to use .. better than taxi - 5 star service! We used to campino and back from termini .. So easy to book you can book online on their easy to book website or go to helpful desk as you leave departures at airport as we did ( during busy season I would book online and make sure you arrive 20 mins at least before bus leaves as I imagine it’s very busy! ) the transfer is seamless and has ample space of luggage storage underneath bus. The staff are so helpful and friendly to answer questions .. getting back from termini it’s the same stop that drops you off so very easy to find your way in back and they have the timetable printed and shout out the bus for campino or flumicino . journey it only takes around 40 mins. The staff are super organised with people and try and manage line but only feedback I would give is the people who have already bought tickets should have priority over rude ppl pushing in front trying to board and buy with boarding staff on bus door .. they should be sent to back of queue. Overall a great service and soo much cheaper than taxis would defo use again!

Great service - Used Terravision after being let down by pre booked transfer at Ciampino airport. On return I had mistakenly booked the wrong way online. staff were extremely helpful and took time to sort the issue with me

Easiest airport transfer to a major city ever.!! - It’s so easy… Once you’ve exited baggage claim etc. and entered the arrivals area there is a kiosk next to the car rental places where you can buy a ticket. The girl was really helpful with clear instructions to where the bus would collect us. It was a 100m walk to the bus shelter once we’d exited the building. There is plenty of room for luggage under the bus, and then a comfortable trip into Termini Station. You can also buy the tickets online, which we did on our return trip. €14 for 2 people.. it was perfect.

Airport transfer to Rome centre - Helpful, comfortable. For tickets take them via booking 14 euros. On site 18 euros. Clean bus and trouble-free journey

A shame - A shame, more tickets sold than seats on the bus so stuck at the airport until the next one. There are other bus services to the centre, don’t take this one!

Suckered at the airport - I bought a return ticket at the airport having been cajoled by the employee who said; "It is cheaper." She NEVER mentioned it was only valid for 72 hours. Now I'm supposed to pay another Eu7 (Eu21 total) for the return trip tomorrow. Now I hate being taken for a sucker but guess what..I'm getting on that bus tomorrow no matter what and they're NOT getting another Eu7 out of me. Call the police!

Terravision bus Awful unprofessional experience AVOID - Purchased two return tickets in advance through booking .com . On arrival at the bus with printed tickets the agenttold us to wait to one side . During the next ten minutes 7 people with luggage arrived and boarding as I stepped forward to ask why we were not boarded . She signalled to the driver who closed the doors and drove away . She then turned and advised the next bus was in 1 hour but pointed out the taxi rank . I had return tickets from Rome Termini to the airport but had no confidence in their appalling customer service or trusted them to get us to the airport in time for our flight . On returning home I complained about our unprofessional experience with the company and requested a refund . Their reply was to accuse me of not approaching the agent by the bus and possibly not having the correct ticket . I did present a printed ticket 10 minutes before the bus left . I do not take kindly to being accused of not presenting correctly or on time . This was there final position final position so now I will take this issue up with my card provider For breach of contract In addition for your information that will form the basis of my claim through my card provider Under the Act, a transport service must be provided with reasonable care and skill. You are entitled to a refund if 1. Staff gave you specific instructions TOLD TO WAIT TO ONE SIDE 2. Those instructions caused you detriment OTHERS BOARDED THE BUS TO CAPACITY 3. You were then excluded unfairly THERE WAS NO SEATS LEFT ON BOARD The return journey was my decision due to lack of confidence in terravision to provide the service I urge the many disgruntled customers found on Tripadvisor. of this totally unprofessional bus service to claim their refund through their card provider for the trip . THEY NEED TO BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR POOR ORGANISATION

DO NOT BOOK IN ADVANCE! - Terrible service! Do not book in advance!!! Just sell tickets until the bus is full even if you have booked a ticket for a certain hour! We were 10min earlier, they say 15min but they leave earlier at the hour indicated! Literally see it drive by before our eyes, THIEVES it is! Non refundable is easy if you can sell tickets twice with a guarantee for a reservation! OUTRAGEOUS JUST!

Worst experiences ever dont use - Terrible service – avoid! I booked an airport transfer and only received an email with a QR ticket, no map, link, or clear instructions on where the stop was. I spent 45 minutes walking around Termini trying to find it, along with an American lady and another person who were just as lost, so it wasn’t just me. The bus even drove past without stopping. I eventually found the supposed location on their website, but by then I’d already missed the bus and had to pay €40 for a taxi. When I contacted customer service, they refused to refund me even after I showed proof that no map or directions were sent. Awful experience, save yourself the stress and book with someone else.
