Hassle free transfer - Easy to book, easy to find departure location (right beside Termini), departed and arrived right on time! Reasonable cost.

Going home - I was earlier and I was given a possibility to take an earlier bus so I didn’t have to wait in the rain. The driver spoke English well. It was a good service altogether.

The service was good - We were satisfied with the service. We bought the tickets at Ciampino airport after our plane landed and the return tickets at Termini Station the day before leaving. Everything went well.

Terravision bud transfer Rome to Ciampino airport - great - Cheap and easy transfer. A bit slow to begin with due to crazy Rome traffic but great overall. I particularly liked that there were staff at the bus stop so you could check details/ get information

Dont believe what they tell you! Awful service a peak time. - Bought a return ticket when we flew into Rome Ciampino inside the airport who told us the buses ran every 15 mins. The journey from the airport into Rome was great but not the return journey. We turned up to Termini station and a bus was due in 20 mins to Ciampino but there was one huge queue of people going to both airports. The attendant went down the line asking who had booked online, scanned there tickets and ushered them onto the bus, even people who arrived much later than us. The bus was soon full and left. We then found out the next bus wasnt for another hour, plus the attendent couldnt give us any reassurance if there would be room for us on that bus. This was at 5pm so i get it was probably the busiest time to travel but it was absolute chaos and we had to resort to getting a taxi to ensure we didnt miss our flight. If it was peak times, surely they should have had more buses running 😡 Therefore be very careful if using this service as ive read other reviews since of them giving priority to people with actual tickets instead of online ones so they seem to change the policies when they feel like and the buses arent as regular as they tell you!

Very bad experience – unacceptable behaviour - On 30 November 2025 at Termini station (Rome), we had to take your bus to Ciampino airport. We were 4 people (2 bookings), tickets for 7€ each, bought online as required by the staff on site, after an already aggressive welcome. When the bus arrived, a person blocked access during a discussion with employees. As soon as she stepped aside, the driver closed the doors and left at 14:00, whereas the departure was scheduled for 14:05, leaving us on the platform. He even made an obscene gesture when he left. The employees, who witnessed the whole scene, did nothing and were insulting. We had to take a taxi at 40€ not to miss our flight. Despite a detailed email, no returns or refunds. No customer service, unacceptable attitude. I strongly advise against it.

Disastrous organisation and unpleasant staff - Disastrous organization! We had bought a ticket to/from Rome termini and it was apparently not the right one knowing that to/from is to go both ways! We had to repay 16€ more when we had already paid! One of the instructors was very unpleasant. Do not take or pay before boarding the bus

Disgraceful service - Absolutely shambles! We showed up 15 minutes before the bus time and it was a scramble to get on the bus. We were told the bus was full and we would have to wait an hour for the next one - meaning we would miss our flight! We bought return tickets so were essentially conned into paying for a ticket on a bus that didn’t have seats for everyone! We had to buy tickets for another bus which was much better. Avoid at all costs - they oversell tickets meaning some people are left without a seat and creates unnecessary stress. The staff were also rude and dismissive - absolute joke of a company. They should really consider selling tickets with actual time slots rather than a 6 hour window - never heard of anything so ridiculous in all my life! Please buy your tickets at one of the other bus companies located beside the Terravision stop.
