Highly recommended! - The buses transported us safely and quickly between the Vatican and the airport. I absolutely cannot understand what was written in the review below. Because even Google Maps shows the stop of Terravison at the Vatican! If people can't read or have absolutely no orientation, the bus company can't help it either. If you want to be inexpensive (6€ per person and way to/from the Vatican to/from Fiumicino airport) and reliably transported, I would recommend Terravison without hesitation. I work in tourism myself and have been to many countries around the world and must say that this was a top value for money.

Great Service - Great Service, punctual and reliable. Very convenient arrival and departure from via Crescenzio, in Prati, Piazza Cavour, really central even for those heading to the historic center, while all other transfers go to Termini station. Too bad only for the times too far from each other, more would be needed!

Great experience - The bus was clean and on time, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the trip. The seats were comfortable, and there was enough space for luggage without any issues. I also appreciated the clear instructions for boarding, making everything easy and stress-free. Wi-Fi worked well, and the journey was smooth. Terrible Terravision. - Having arrived in the queue 25 minutes before our booked departure time, we found when we arrived at the front of the line that the bus was full. The member of staff who was at the gate then rudely proceeded to tell my family and other passengers that we had arrived late, which was not the case. He was very arrogant and could not have been any less helpful than he was. I later discovered through reading other reviews and speaking with those who were able to board, that this company 'over-books' buses and allows those who turn up at the departure point to purchase tickets and board ahead of those who have pre-booked for a specific time. I would not recommend this operator to anyone who is on a schedule or who wants to arrive at their destination on time, because it really is 'pot-luck' as to whether you'll be allowed to board for your booking. Terrible Terravision!

TERRAVISION SCAM - SCAM! I would not recommend it at all! Tickets purchased online for a transfer from the Vatican to the airport... received by email with location indicating the departure of the bus. This place turned out to be NON-EXISTENT! The emergency number obviously did not answer! In the obligation to take a taxi to not miss our plane.

It is not prebooked as they say you stand in line even if you have a ticket - Do not do it! Even if you prebook the ticket online you have to stand in line as if you did not. It is not prebooked, they just say it on the site. Unreliable!!
