Very efficient and cost effective travel Rome to Airport - Great service and price from train / metro/ bus terminal. Very helpful check in staff and quick service to airport. No hassle travel, trrrific

Great service - Easy to book online. Reasonable price. It is a bit more than the train, however the train doesn’t take you all the way and you have to get another bus which is annoying and can delay you a lot more. Bus arrived early and left on time. Dropped us right outside departures. Staff at the bus stop in Termini were very helpful too.

Smooth airport transfer to and from Rome - Excellent service, had booked tickets online although you could buy on boarding. Made transfer from and to the airport easy.

Visiting the city of Rome - Everything was wonderful. I really liked the weather, the center of Rome and the city's attractions. It's a shame we only had a short time in Rome.

Well organised, great price and on time - Good experience. There were 3 staff members organising the queues, done well and professional. I arrived 30 minutes early, so they well handling the Fiumicino airport queue. It was a very long queue, but they have handled it within 20 minutes, filling up 3 busses. Then our bus came and departed on time, was quite empty, as I guess Ciampino is a much smaller airport. I would recommend, was very easy and stress free airport transfer.

Terravision - good service and value - I was happy with both ways from/to airport. The staff was nice, prices of the tickets were OK, the bus is comfortable and went on time both ways and also the ride was an adventure :-) Crouwded at the station but the staff gave us instruction and it was ok. No priority boarding if you have tickets booked in advance on certain time so you should be there in time to get on board of the bus you want to go with. It takes about 35-50 minutes to/from the airport - it depends on the traffic. We had only good experience with Terravision.

Terrible staff, and the bus was almost 20 minutes late - The bus arrived late, it was supposed to be at 1 o’clock arriving finally at 1:17 o’clock, my dad and uncle were waiting in front of the bus station to be the first ones ( we were a group of 8 people, with 4 children) and then the guy with a red dirty vest told us to go back at the queue or else wouldn’t let us to take the bus. We talked to him before and told him we had online tickets, and we were waiting for an hour ( he actually was there the whole time) but still told us to go back, which we did , but that wasn’t really nice

Worst service - We bought a ticket. The trip was cancelled. No help, no information.The taxi ride to the airport cost us 60 euros. The bus ticket was not refunded. Never Terravision again. Absolutely avoid.

Everything is bad. - I had very bad experience with this company, honestly the worst experience I ever had with buses. We bought our ticket at the train station, where they said we can get on any buses. When we wanted to get on a really rude lady said we cannot get on since we dont have online tickets,which is in my opinion a complete nonsense. So we spent around 40 euros basically for nothing. I do not recommend this to anybody I hope they ran out of business very soon, because this is not the way how a company like this should operate.
