Too bad that the municipality of Milan does not control - Terrible. The service from Milan to Bergamo is bad. They never keep to schedules. They wait for the bus to fill up and then leave. They tell you we leave immediately and spend a good 5/10 minutes from the official time. It doesn't matter that people have to get on a plane.

Very disappointing experience. - I bought a round-trip ticket to take advantage of the promotion that says you can take any bus to the same destination on the same day. When my flight arrived earlier, I tried to board an earlier bus that was almost empty, but the staff refused to let me in because I had purchased a discounted ticket.
