Escape the hustle and bustle of Rome and discover the untamed beauty of Ponza and the Pontine Islands. This intimate group experience, limited to 15 participants, provides a leisurely way to explore the island’s breathtaking coastline by sea.
The adventure begins in Rome with a bus ride to Anzio (please note: transportation is shared with a larger group). From Anzio, embark on a 1.5-hour ferry journey to Ponza (ferry ticket: €60, not included, payable at check-in).
Upon arrival in Ponza, board a small boat for a 5-hour cruise led by an English-speaking tour guide. Explore secluded coves, majestic cliffs, and sea grottoes, with 4–5 opportunities to swim or snorkel in crystal-clear waters.
Delight in a freshly prepared lunch of local delicacies onboard, crafted by the captain: friselle with tomatoes, fish-based pasta, dessert, fruit, water, regional wine, and coffee—all served with stunning sea views and delightful company.
After docking, enjoy some free time in Ponza’s vibrant port to explore, sip a spritz, or indulge in gelato. Return to Rome by ferry and bus, arriving by 9:00 PM.
