Great experience! Troy was a great host and did all he could to ensure that we enjoyed our anniversary ride. He was early, played our music ps and had blankets available in case we needed them. Riding the carriage was something I’ve always wanted to do, but just never did until now. I’m grateful for the experience. It was more than enjoyable.

It was a beautiful ride. Troy did an excellent job of guiding us through downtown.

The ride was timely and the person conducting the ride was very friendly and informative.

Driver was late music was very loud that she was playing, so couldn’t really understand what she was telling us

We were disappointed in the Rock & Blues tour as we did pass Beale street, but that was it concerning anything music. We did learn where the law school was down by the river, but nothing else that we did not already know. Our tour was running late starting as there was some mechanical issues and that is understandable. Maybe under better circumstances it would have been different.

It wasn't a Rock and Blues tour. We didn't see or hear about any music history of Memphis or even go near Beale St. Carriage ride want more downtown and towards the river. The driver was friendly , but must not have known which ride we booked. We didn't realize it was the wrong tour until we were back at the hotel.

I hate writing this kind of review but I feel as if I must. This was the worst tour I have ever been on, and I travel a lot. Our “guide” basically talked about himself for the entire duration of the “Rock and Soul” tour - his children; his rental properties; his wife and their anniversary. Very little was mentioned about Memphis, and nothing about music. He had a small dog with him, which nipped at one of my friends when she was handing the driver a tip. This is all I can bring myself to report about our disappointment in this tour; there is more, but the main reason I felt I had to make this review is because I feel this man might be a danger out on the roads of downtown Memphis.
