The communication provided after my booking was timely and easy to understand. I received a phone call 1 hour before my booking to confirm the time and location. Zac was very kind and efficient. This was a wonderful gift for my parents 60th wedding anniversary.

There was a bit of disorganization about our pickup area. We were told one pick up place and then my wife and I had to walk to another location. Thankfully it wasn’t too far away from the original pickup place.

I scheduled a tour at 11pm but was unable to make it because an event I was attending lasted until almost midnight. I let him know I couldn't make it and asked to reschedule and he would not respond. So basically he got my $95 and I got nothing, not even a response. I consider this bad business and I will not be rescheduling nor will I ever recommend anyone else to.
