The day of our tour was... - The day of our tour was wet; it was raining and windy all day. Our driver/guide was fantastic, in good spirits and knowledgeable, and his choice of music was excellent. It was a long day!

In Awe over the Southcoast - We had a wonderful time getting to see multiple stops along the South Coast of Iceland. Though it was a long day , the weather was beautiful and our adult children enjoyed every minute. Dress warm , pack snacks and water , as long as you are prepared you will have an amazing time! With good water proof hiking shoes we do not need crampons. Wear warm gloves and socks ! Our guide was awesome, shares funny stories and local lore - memories that will stay with our family!

Bad weather, but great tour - This tour covered many beautiful areas of the Snaefellsnes peninsula. Casper with Troll Expeditions was our tour guide, and he did a great job. He explained so much about the area while driving to the peninsula and gave us a great understanding of the Iceland's history and environment.
Although the weather was horrible during the tour (cold, rainy, and 30-35 mph winds, we still enjoyed the area. We visited a couple of beaches, Kirkjufell mountain, and the Búðir black church.
This is definitely a must-see when visiting Iceland. It's so unique from anything I've seen before.

Beautiful - Wow! A long day, but worth it to see the diverse scenery of this amazing country. From cliffs, lava fields, waterfalls, black sand beach, mountains, a church to some seals. It was truly beautiful.

Great day out. - Had a very nice day stopping at loads of locations including Church Mountain and a 6,000 year old Volcano. Gilfi our tour guide was good, answered our questions that me and other people on the bus had. If you go and it’s snowy must advise to wear crampons at every location due to the ice!
Great day out!

A great tour for Snaefellsnes Peninsula! - The lonely mountain (Kirkjufell Mountain) is a must-see, and perhaps is more spectacular than its photos. Small wooden churches (e.g., Bjarnarhöfn Church) in lava fields can be found perhaps in Iceland only... Our tour guide is a geographist, and told us a lot of the Peninsula and Iceland in general. We really learned a lot.

A well worthwhile tour - A great day out on Snaefellsnes in a very comfortable mini bus with a very knowledgeable and pleasant driver. Beautiful part of the country with so much to see - the only downside was the weather so we didn’t get to see the glacier.
The trip was very well organised with plenty of comfort stops and we were picked up right on time.

Could be better people come from far to experience the land. - The places were nice but the driver gave us 1hour instead of 1/2 he admitted and was not very vocal .
There is too long of a stop just for us to shop I think .

Unresponsible, lack of communication - bad services - I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding a recent booking [1062946] for a trip scheduled for 12 June 2025 to Snaefellsnes National Park.
The instruction on the order confirmation is 7:30 Bus stop 1 - City Hall.
On the day of the trip, I arrived at the pick-up point at 7:28 a.m. and had been waiting there, in the cold Icelandic wind, for more than 45 minutes. I asked every driver arrived there but they said I was not on the list. The driver failed to show up.
I called Gray Line customer service they said I was not on the list and the order has not been confirmed in their system, but I did received their order confirmation and did paid the money as shown in my bank account. They even sent me an email reminder the day before the trip. This left me stranded and resulted in the complete disruption of my travel plans.
Following this incident, I contacted Gray Line to request a full refund. I was informed that it would take fourteen working days for the evaluation process to be completed. I understand that evaluations take time, but it has now been well over fourteen working days since my initial refund request, and I have not yet received any communication or confirmation regarding the status of my refund.
This lack of communication and the prolonged delay in processing my refund are unacceptable. I am incredibly disappointed with the service I have received, both in terms of the failed pick-up and the subsequent handling of my refund request.
