Wonderful Experience - Our tour guide was absolutely wonderful. She explained Christmas traditions, Icelandic culture and history. We stopped by a beautiful Christmas shop and lovely local coffee shop. I’m confident all of these tours provided by this company are done well.

Well worth it! - Stefan was the perfect guide. He answered everyone's questions and is very friendly and knowledgeable. He brought us to places we might not otherwise have found. Very well done, very pleasurable experience and glad we went!

Great way to learn about the city! - We had just arrived in Reykjavik and decided to do a couple tours of the city to acclimate ourselves. We did the Christmas Tour with them, as well as the Walking Tour. Both tours were fun and educational. Highly Recommend. My only suggestion to the tour operator would be to be able to contact them via text prior to the tour in case we can't find the guide. We couldn't find him for the Walking Tour (he wasn't exactly where they said to meet) so had to go searching for him.

Waste of time! - We had just arrived the day before and thought it would be good to do this tour. Firstly the place to meet was complicated. And the guide was not at the place when we arrived, secondly we did not visit any Christmas markets, thirdly she took us to a perfume shop which was not relevant. Overall we felt she had not much to share for a walking tour related to Christmas and it was a waste of time. She didn’t structure it well. And if Christmas markets are closed then hold it on days when they’re open.
